Phenomenal. Absolutely Phenomenal. The air conditioner went out Friday late afternoon. The technician came out within 2 hours, and it was fixed before 11 the following morning only because he didn't happen to have the motor that matched my unit. Ray was professional and extremely helpful. I'm hoping I don't need them in the future because I'm cheap, but if I do, these guys are who I'm calling. I'm so impressed.
They were so kind and treated us as family. They really went above and beyond to take good care of us. I highly recommend The Maintenance Department. They would not let you down.
We have used the Maintenance Dept for several fixes and they always go above and beyond. Luke is incredibly talented and has the utmost integrity. He is our “go-to” guy for any HVAC concerns and he should be yours too!
A tree took out my AC unit when a wind storm came through. Luke is very knowledgeable and clearly explained the different system options available. He also worked with my insurance company to complete the claim process. The install crew was professional, polite, and right on time. Install happened on a very rainy, muddy day, but the technicians left my space just as they found it (maybe cleaner TBH) I had a great experience! Now I just have to get used to having such an efficient HVAC system. 10/10 recommend.
Our furnace bit the dust prematurely, which is unfortunate. But Luke walked us through our option from repair to replacement and the associated timelines. We opted to take the opportunity to upgrade as we had been experiencing significant temp differentials in our house. We opted on Luke’s recommendation to downsize our system and went with an inverter unit. Since replacing (which was done promptly and professionally!), we have seen our temp differentials eliminated and a much MUCH more consistently comfortable home. Luke does the work - he makes sure he’s putting in the right sized unit and giving you a couple of reasonable price points for system installs. If you want a home environment that’s comfortable and an HVAC that’s appropriate for your needs, then Luke and his team are the people to go to.
I can’t recommend Luke and The Maintenance Department highly enough! They have been very responsive and timely with responding to the issues we’ve had with our HVAC system. If you’re looking for honest and reliable HVAC professionals for your home or commercial business, then look no further! They are absolutely great to work with!

My compressor Exploded, causing my tenant to be without AC for a while after trying many warranty companies to come and do their job, I called Luke and he was there right away to come and check it out and see. After a few tries of the warranty company to cover it they refused how many excuses why they can’t, however Luke was able to work with me and give me the best offer in order to get the AC running again so that my tenant can have a cold air. After his team did the work my tenant called me and told me how well they did their job and how fast they got it done. He was so impressed by them by their hard work really appreciate it, Thank you for doing a great job.
I am an extremely happy customer! Chiare, Neil, Jon & Luke all did their parts so very well. The Installation process went so smoothly. The techs cleaned up after themselves and communication throughout was excellent.
Nick was very professional. He was very informative and explained everything so I understood what was going on. He did a great job! We’ve since used them again for another issue and they were great! Isaiah and Luke didn’t stop until they figured out the issue and followed up several times to make sure their fix continued to work. They’ve had to deal with an improperly installed system from another company, but they have gone out of their way to fix our issue and work with us. Truly can’t say enough good things about Luke and his company!

Luke and his staff are quick and efficient workers. They came in, fixed the leak in our furnace and were super kind. They were very professional and left our house even better than they found it. We will definitely use the Maintenance Department again.

Very professional and prompt service
We called Bryant. They quoted us $1k and 5-6 days to fix. Maintenance Department came to give us a second opinion, found a temporary solution, and revealed that Bryant had misdiagnosed the issue. Bryant said a valve was not operational and needed to be replaced. Nick from Maintenance Department realized the circuit board that controls the valve was malfunctioning. He used a magnet to override the board, move the valve, and to serve as a temporary fix until new board comes in. If I would have paid Bryant, I would have wasted a $1000 and been waiting 6 days in a hot house.
I cannot recommend The Maintenance Department highly enough -- they are prompt, courteous, professional, and highly skilled. They took the time to explain the results of their initial analysis and estimate and patiently answered my many questions, even graciously taking more time to teach me more about HVAC systems during the process. I am very satisfied with our transaction and plan to use TMD for all my future HVAC needs.
Luke and team are the real deal. They know HVAC systems, top to bottom. They are deeply knowledges , courteous, and legitimately interested in the well-being of their clients. Highly recommended!

This company was recommended to me by a coworker. I did not have heat and they brought me space heaters right out. They were fair and very professional. I will use them again and recommend them to anyone I know.
