As a homeowner with an older HVAC unit, I've had to reach out to the TemperaturePro team multiple times throughout the last few years. I've probably met most of their techs by now, which I wish wasn't the case lol, but they are always responsive, friendly, professional, and extremely helpful. Their pricing is reasonable as well. I've been extremely pleased with their service.

My entire family uses Temperature Pro. All of our furnaces and A/Cs have been installed and are serviced by them. Had my A/C serviced on Friday and as usual was on time, professional, friendly, and explained step by step. I also receive a text with a picture and name and experience of my service representative. The way things are today, I love that.
The air conditioner stopped working in our home, and Temp Pro was able to get us an appt. within 24 hours. Technicians Jonathan and Devin found a minor problem as part of our annual pro plan maintenance service. Now our A/C is up and running again like new.

We had a 5 ton furnace installed in January of 2022. It is so efficient that it has cut our electric bill almost in half. All of the employees are well trained, polite, respectful of our home and did a great job. Our old furnace was very difficult to remove but the crew stayed until the new unit was installed and working. They didn't want us to go through another cold night. Their supervisor brought them pizza and soft drinks for supper so they wouldn't have to leave our house. We also use TemperaturePro at Owen Funeral Home-Jeffersontown. Great service and great products. I recommend them to anyone needing that kind of service and products.

Wow! I can't say enough good things about Temperature Pro! Everyone was professional, friendly, courteous and took as much time as needed to make sure everything worked perfectly. Kelly thoroughly examined our old malfunctioning unit and gave us many different options for repair, but as the unit was old and problematic, we opted to replace our HVAC system. We could not be more impressed with Jason, Perry, Brandon and the other installers! They are consummate professionals! Once they got into the installation, they discovered some wonky issues with the way our old system and old thermostat were connected (and it makes so much sense, because we had numerous problems with our thermostats through the years) and they went above and beyond until they found the perfect solution for a problem that really stems from when the house was built. We are so appreciative of their expertise, time and dedication. We'll only call TemperaturePro from now on!
Brandon Bellucci was awesome! We’ve had 4 people from other companies come and try to fix out heat. They couldn’t figure out the issue. Within 5 minutes of being in our home Brandon figured the issue out and starting working to fix it. We will only be TemperaturePro in the future!

They were very prompt in getting to me when I put out a May Day for AC repair during the heatwave we were experiencing here in Louisville. Johnathon was a courteous and professional young man that was very mature for 19 yrs old. He made two visits and repairs as expected. So far , so good on the repairs since yesterday. With that being said, I paid $700 for the second repair for a new fan motor. About $450 of that was for the one hour or so labor. That is very steep. The unit is a 2006 model and I’ll be needing to replace probably sooner than later but due to that, I won’t be shopping a new unit and installation with this company. If he’d had charged me the same labor as my fan motor cost, I might have different feelings.

What a great company! Quick, yep. Fair priced, check. Knowledgeable, absolutely! Called and had them come out for an issue with AC unit. Our tech Jason was awesome! He had over 20 years of experience. He was quick and knowledgeable. I'd recommend TemperaturePro to anyone and everyone!
