Staff was very friendly and super helpful in explaining and helping with what was needed to get my a/c back working.
What's the point of business hours if you close before the time listed? Apparently they hours on SATURDAY are incorrect and should be updated because everytime we've arrived, the door is locked!!! We own our own business, if we ran it like that, we wouldn't be in business for long. Respect your customers!!
Try getting help in there. 20 workers all talkin and lookin at each other!
They are helpful to me as a diy’er and I never feel any judgement from them for not being a professional HVAC person, just someone taking a gamble that a $6.72 capacitor is the likely cause for my fan not turning. Luckily, I was right. I discovered the problem in the middle of the night (of course!) and didn’t want the hassle of trying to meet a technician on an emergency call. So glad they’re available and accommodating to all of their customers, non-pro’s included.
SWH has hard to find parts. And Randy is the man, he makes an effort to be helpful.
Honest people.
One of the only places in town to buy HVAC parts as a residential homeowner. Most wholesale HVAC places in town (Trane Supply Co, Johnstone, Ferguson, etc) only sell to professional contractors. I determined pretty quickly that my AC condenser needed a new capacitor (humming, fan not moving, would start with manual rotation). I took my old capacitor in and they provided me with an excellent replacement part (Titan HD, made in USA), not some cheap Made in China Amazon replacement. Gentleman at the counter even tested my old capacitor to make sure it was dead before selling me a new one. Entire project took about an hour, including driving 15 minutes each way to SWH. $30 part vs. likely $500+ from HVAC technician who may have tried to sell me a new HVAC unit. SWH will have my business from now on. Fantastic experience from start to finish.
They where helpfull and knowledgeable. They also had the parts and at a good price.
Terrible service - Tim is very difficult to work with!
In the middle of the July heat I needed a blower motor and capacitor for my 23 year old Carrier furnace. They looked up the part and provided several options based on my preference and had them all in stock. I had the AC back up and running an hour later. Great service and friendly staff.
Great service on the phone & in person. Had what I needed, answered my questions in & out quick. Street metered parking available on one-way busy street.
Terrible company they sale parts that don't work and don't accept them back. I hope one shops there again!!
Good place to buy HVAC supplies. They have everything you need. All the employees are helpfull and friendly!!!
Customer service needs to improve One in particular Thimothy was very rude Should definitely not be in customer service
Super customer service and a great variety of parts. Unfortunately they did not carry the brand specific part I needed but were helpful in helping me locate one.
Good place to go for HVAC
Very professional!!! Great customer service and their inventory is on point!!! They always have what I'm looking for.
Always helpful, knowledgeable and comical staff.
First class operation! Staff is knowledgeable, respectful and professional. Their specialty is HVAC. They are located in the heart of Louisville. They even gave me a discount because of my military service. Here is the clincher....they are open a half day on Saturday. Just recommended them today to a repair person. "I'll be back".
Fast and friendly service
