We called and got the next day service. Our system was shot and we always had issues with the old furnace in our home. Last year towards the end of the summer we were having a/c issues. We got through that season. This spring we turned it on but it was not cooling. We opted for a full replacement, they also went under our home a repaired duct work to our son's room. It's never been correct in that room. They installed all in one day. The team that came out was amazing. My husband was really impressed on how they handled the install, we had a challenging install on the furnace. I came home from work and had cold air throughout the house, and the new system is larger and so quiet! I'm so happy we used them for our install. Thank you!

My wife and I have been a customer of Sterling every since we purchased our newest home 3 and a half years ago and they've always given us excellent service. On December 24th,2022, our furnace stopped working, I made an emergency call to them and a a service technician called back withi minutes. He talked me through the issues that I was having and gave me things to do over the phone which fixed the problem. I highly recommend this company, and I'm very thankful for their technicians.
On this very cold day, the furnace was acting up. My brother called and we got service same day. What a relief!!!! It looks like the outside pipe being plugged was the problem, and since we just had a cleaning and check a few months ago, there was no charge. Thanks to everyone at Sterling for being so kind, informative and quick!!!! We really appreciate it!!!!!
Disgusting business that exploits the elderly by up-selling them on products they do not need. Sterling Heating & Air Conditioning tried to sell my grandmother a $2,400 window air/heat unit for a sub 250 square foot room (Units for these kinds of rooms can be found for $500 at Home Depot). When she wasn't able to outright pay for the unit they referred her to a loan company so she could finance an air unit that's more than 4 times the prices of what she needs. When calling back to cancel the order (which had not shipped yet and was ordered less than 24 hours prior) they told her they weren't sure that they could cancel the order and would call back. When I called and told them I was disgusted and that they should find a way to cancel the order because we won't be paying I was rudely told off and then hung up on. Avoid this business at all cost.

I moved into my home in Spring of 2020, and I was told that I would be due for my first HVAC check up in Sept of that year. By the time September rolled around, I had long forgotten, but Danny called me, and stayed on top of making sure things get scheduled timely. The tech that came out was wonderful & I have no complaints whatsoever. Check-up #2 just rolled around, and on-the-spot, Danny called to get me scheduled. The same tech came out for routine maintenance for my furnace, and he was just as friendly and thorough as last year. So far, so good!
My air wasn't working on hot days, they told me the blower in my furnace was the issue and I could get it fixed or buy a new one. Since the furnace was old I purchased a new one. I still had the problem of not cooling so I called back and Danny who answers the phone told me "well it's not guaranteed" after I just spent thousands of dollars. They ended up coming back out and said it's your return air so they put a vent in a closet and that still didn't work. I called back when it wouldn't get below 78 degrees and Danny said I would have to pay for a service call. And now they claim my issue is my insulation and the lack of which was never seen. I finally asked if they even analyzed whether the unit was even large enough for my house and they didn't even know what size unit I had. What a complete waste of money and they have no idea what they're doing.
I have had their service for over 7 years. They are prompt, always work me in and very customer oriented. Danny, customer relations is the best; always polite, welcoming and tries his best to help.

Our pilot light wouldn't stay lit and we had another local company come out to troubleshoot and said we need a new furnace that would run $5,500. We called Sterling for a second opinion. The technician was extremely knowledgeable and showed us the blower motor was just clogged and dirty, he cleaned it and it was good as new. That's just the type of people they are, they don't try to upsell you or try to sell you something you don't really need. Truly honest and professional. Definitely will never use anybody else! STERLING FOR LIFE!

After calling at least 5 local HVAC professionals in the area, Sterling genuinely outperformed my expectations on price, quality of work and speed. Paul, Tim, Jordan and Mike worked diligently to listen to my needs, my budget, and my expectations. I went with the Bosch unit and it must be the most quiet, yet powerful system I have ever witnessed. I got several estimates and really did my homework. I was amazed at the price of the unit compared to much more inferior equipment. I feel these guys are honest and genuinely do their best to make you happy. I now know much more about HVAC and feel I have a proficient working knowledge of the brands and their capabilities. I am hopeful their ongoing service will keep me this satisfied. Thanks Guys! Mark
A+, Five Stars, and 100. This company did a very thorough job at a reasonable price. The two technicians were thorough and well-mannered. Owner "Danny" is likewise personable and friendly. I will definitely use Sterling for heating or cooling issues in the future; highly recommended.
