2018 Review The other day I had an issue with my heating and air system in which the outside unit would not quit running even with the inside unit turned off. I called another local company and they said it would cost $1,500 to fix it and it might last for another year. I spoke to Josh and Scott at Prudential and they told me that they should be able to get it going for under 500. Brad came out to the house and fixed the unit and was able to get the parts warrantied. The total project cost me 150. They also told me my unit should last another 5 to 7 years. Needless to say I highly recommend Prudential Heating and Air because they give you an honest assessment and honest pricing. I know the job is complete because I am completely satisfied. Today our air went out and it is supposed to be in the 90s tomorrow. I called and David came out and fixed our unit the same night. He was very professional and friendly. I can't brag enough on this company and will continue to tell others about Prudential. I remain completly satisfied.

We have a service agreement with Prudential which makes our regular maintenance a breeze - they call you so you don't have to remember to schedule it. The HVAC technicians are always professional, friendly, on time, and efficient. I highly recommend Prudential.
THE TECHNICIANS ARE VERY NICE AND THEY TAKE ALOT OF TIME IN CHECKING AND CLEANING THE EQUIPMENT.

The service technician, Alex Chomko, did a great job. He explained everything he did and the results that he observed in clear terms and with the right amount of detail.
Alvin, was the HVAC specialist that came to my home. Very personable made me aware of everything he was doing and service, my air conditioner and my furnace. This was all part of my routine maintenance plan that I have with Purdential. I’m very satisfied with the services I received.
They replaced our AC unit when it was 90°F. They very quickly saved me from the misery of a 90°F home. Other than providing respite from the heat, they were efficient, reasonably-priced, and knowledgeable about every question we had. We will definitely be using Prudential for all future HVAC projects. And all of the installers were excellent! Our pets also LOVED them!
The technician who did the A/C check and maintenance was being trained and did a great job. He was courteous and professional and made certain that I understood the work being done.
I have complained about it bang my air conditioner makes when it comes on ever since it was installed. Jimmy Coslett was the name of the technician that came to do the a/c preventative maintenance service. When it was mentioned to him the noise he said a banging noise before we could. He knew exactly what we were talking about! He did the maintenance service took care of everything. I no longer have a noise. He is very professional, courteous & is a good representative for Prudential Heating & Air. I will request him every time. Prudential is a great company even though I complained they would always send someone.

Mini-split Repair: Prudential came recommended and didn't disappoint. They were patient with us as we evaluated many options and had multiple system assessments completed before landing on repairing our 5 year mini split rather than replacing it. They were very professional and respectful of us and our home and kept true to pricing agreements through the process. Would definitely recommend them. Thank you!
We learned we had a issue when we had to use the A/C for the first time this season. I called Prudential to schedule a service and got a call back @ 7:45 am (they open @ 8:00). Nice! The Technicians they sent we great. Ryan was fantastic about letting me know what was going on, how long the repairs would take and cost. He kept me informed and could not have been more courteous. Our family is involved in a product / service business. I appreciate and recognize good service when I see it.
My heater quit working in the middle of the night Antonio came out and fixed my heat he was very professional and courteous I would recommend Prudential to anyone who has a HVAC system thank you for coming to my rescue

Prudential installed our system twenty nine years ago when we built our home. They have done yearly maintenance every year since then. We are still using the original furnace. We have replaced the AC unit with a more efficient model. Their service techs are courteous and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Prudential HVAC.
Prudential sold me my HVAC system and I have had a maintenance agreement with them ever since. They are awesome!
