Love working with Project HVAC. Brandon made the sales process simple and helped us through the whole project. The technicians were professional and knowledgeable and actually found mistakes that a previous HVAC company made and got that corrected. It was a big project and I am thankful to be working with a reputable and professional team.
Due to an onslaught of issues plaguing our geothermal HVAC system, Chuck had to make multiple successive visits that culminated in replacing the coil. Because of the trial and error that was required, and the loss of refrigerant in the process, Chuck advocated for us and Project worked with us on the pricing. Things are working great now and I feel that we were treated very fairly given the circumstances. Thanks Chuck!
I was without A/C on a week with record highs. They got me scheduled for the next day. This was on a Friday. Chuck came and replaced a couple parts that were in need of replacing but unfortunately, my unit (that is over a decade old) still wasn’t running correctly. I called him and he talked me through the issues on Saturday and even came back on Sunday to try and replace my fan with one he already had but needed to wait until Monday to get the correct fan. He came back as soon as he could Monday and everything is working great. The timely communication was amazing, especially for it being the weekend. I highly recommend them and Chuck in particular.
We have been a regular customer of Project since the installation of a new heating and cooling system in 2015 . We are on a service contract with Project and have them do a spring and fall checkup of the equipment. We failed to setup an appointment for this spring. As luck would have it we tried to start our AC on June 1st and the outside unit would not come on. I checked everything I knew to check and then called Project. The person that answered the call was helpful and set an appointment for the next day at 2pm. The technician called at 1pm on the appointment day leaving me a voice mail that he would be on site around 130pm if that worked for me. As with all the technicians we’ve dealt with from Project ,he treated me with a smile and introduction. The technician name was Farshid . He immediately started troubleshooting but everything appeared correct. He called his supervisor James who was on site within a few minutes. Farshid and James worked as a team on the outside unit in 90 degree heat tracing every wire till they found the issue. They got us up and running after a lot of hard work. I referred many of my friends Project and will continue to do so. These guys are the best. Thank you again Farshid and James.
I'm a new homeowner and I'm looking for someone to build a relationship with my existing heating and cooling system. A friend highly recommended Project Heating and Cooling. I called and within a couple of days, they sent Will over to clean and inspect my system. I'm super happy knowing I have a company that I can depend on In the event that future problems occur, I won't have to worry about who to call. I'm signing up for the service contract that provides cleaning and inspection every spring and fall. Will did a great job. Super personable and outgoing. Thanks so much. Great experience. Farshid was very thorough, professional, and informative! Hw was also very polite and friendly! I would recommend him and Project to anyone!
Chuck came and quickly identified the problem. Since a part needed replacing he made a temporary repair to get the system running. He returned the next day with the parts to make a permanent repair and quickly installed them returning the system to full operation. .

We've used this company for 11 years. Farshid did our winter maintenance this year He gave us some tips on saving $$, and lots of other info, We were pretty impressed!
We called Project Heating to come out and take a look at our furnace for a problem we were having and our air conditioning unit. They sent out one of the most brilliant technicians I think I have ever seen. Dan Schuler came out fixed the problem and gave us some maintenance tips that was priceless. His customer service and knowledge is OUTSTANDING!!! Thank you for having someone like Dan working for your company…we hope you send him back for our regular scheduled maintenance.
We switched to Project Heating & Cooling about 10 years ago and have been very pleased with their service. Today, a new technician we've not had for past visits, was exceptional. How refreshing it is to have a service person enter your home who is courteous, efficient & competent! Consider Project for your heating and cooling systems!
Technician Farshid arrived well within the scheduled time window and could not have been more courteous or professional. It was clear that he knows his job very well. He’s a good teacher, as well, explaining as he worked what he was doing and why. He also talked about the various parts of the system, why they are there, and how they work. I’m very pleased.
Our AC condenser was "totaled" by our next door neighbor's run away pergola during a big windstorm last month. Ken York handled the replacement order and the technician was James, I believe on 7/12/22. This all happened several weeks ago during the time period when the temp went above 100. Just took a few days until the new unit was installed. Outstanding... On another note, I'd like to commend James West for his attention in the past to our HVAC system account. Project Heating and Cooling has a winner with Mr. West.
Had service and Check Ups done many times by Dan. He always does an excellent job and would highly recommend him.

Matt and Phillip did a nice job installing our furnace and ac. They were professional, efficient and worked well together. Answered our questions. We are very satisfied customers. The new Bryant AC is working great. Brandon was our salesman and he was also excellent. Will definitely recommend Project Heating and Air , to my family and friends!

Project Tech Farshid performed routine service inspection today per our service contract. He was early and called ahead to verify appointment. Thorough inspection, friendly, informative. He pointed out issues that aren’t critical now but should be addressed. Polite, nice guy, great service.
This is our second time using Project Heating and Cooling and they were great both times! Friendly, knowledgeable and competitive pricing. The technicians were on time, knowledgeable and we’re in an out in no time. Explained everything to us so we’d understand. Highly recommend!
