I could not ask for a more positive experience that I had from Maeser Master Services. Mike Downs gave me expert service! His friendliness added to his expert service and prompt repairing my hot water heater. The service was great and the cost was very reasonable. I will call Maeser any time I need repairs. Great job guys!

The team that installed my new unit was respectful and hard workers, the down fall with the team need more communication "ask before u load old unit from clients home to haul off some people reuse stuff"! and need to clean up there mess afterwords equip the team with a shop vac.
Mike was very pleasant to work with. He was friendly and respectful and explained everything he did step by step. The work he is did was excellent and he cleaned up so well that you couldn't even tell he had been here, except that he had fixed our issue. Max came out this time on a different issue and was just as nice and professional. He explained the issue and fixed it quickly.
As someone who has done residential service work, I was highly impressed with Tyler and his crew. They were courteous, thorough, professional, and up front with cost. After the work was complete, they cleaned up the work area and walked me through the work they did. I would highly recommend this company and service tech.
Very knowledgeable, helped with sub pump and leak from my tub, installing new shower, great ideas 💡 and very friendly and comfortable to be around, and then my air-conditioning went haywire, and they came the same day. I can't thank them enough, It's been rough, so glad I had someone I could rely on

This company is very professional and takes pride in their work. William was very knowledgeable in what the problems were and worked quickly in solving the problems. His partner worked on removing the old disposal and cut the time it took to resolve all the issues. The company has set prices so you know ahead of time the approximate cost. This is the third time I have called them to repair plumping issues in this older house. Thank you Maeser!

Had a water heater leak that made a sizable puddle in the basement. After realizing I needed it repaired/replaced as soon as timely possible, I then contacted Home Depot for help with my situation. Maeser Plumbing, Heating & Cooling were the ones to contact me to set up a time for a visit. After they came and did their thing, the two associates then laid out their find, the possible solutions, and the cost for each choice. They even made a call for a spare water heater being available, which one was. The ball started rolling when I gave them the green light to start replacing the heater for a new one. Little over an hour and half went by from start to finish following the call for the extra heater, to doing minor plumbing adjustments, and cleaning up any mess they may had made. The associates even made sure to ask me if everything is fine, which was, and the payment was then done without headache. One thing about the associates that became apparent was their politeness, professional, and laid back behavior during the whole time they were there. If anything, I'll be calling for them the next time I need help with plumbing!

Usually they are quick to come but it wasn't the Same service this time. I called first thing Mon. Morning. They were supposed to come clear my Drain between 10-2pm (No Show) I called the office and was guaranteed by Rodriguez/Phone Rep. That they would be here at a different time frame 3-6pm. (A NO SHOW AGAIN) I had mu husband call and they told him they tried calling to reschedule which was not true. I had just hung up with Rodriguez 10 mins prior. They rescheduled with my husband. Today, a Tech came. He spent most of his time outside in the Truck Vaping. He cleared the line in 5mins then went back outside to Vape until my husband pulled up and then he Jumped out and came back inside to collect his equipment. 5min Clog Job $289.00. Vape Time 30Mins+ (On my time) $0 .
Logan came out and was able to fix both my sink and toilet in just a couple of hours. He was very transparent with costs and how long it might take. He was very friendly and I would recommend this company and use it again myself!
Of course, the ac went out on a Sunday! I called Maeser and Kelly, the technician, came on Sunday evening. She told me what the problem was and Nick and Matt(?) we’re at the house at 9:30 am. Everyone I dealt with was polite and professional. Maeser will be my new go to HVAC company from here on out. Thank you everyone for you our prompt response.
