Good place to deliver to. They take you right in.
Koch Air LLC and it employees made my trip to purchase filters from them a walk in the park. Was able to put filters on will call and pick them up at my own convenience. Arrived to a friendly and warm welcoming and positive attitude upon entering will call section of building. Within a minute or so I was waited on and walked back to retrieve said filters. The two guys in the back area were funny and appeared to have an optimistic attitude towards their day and having to retrieve filters for customers. Another minute or so passed and had my box of filters in hand. All in all, I was there about 10 minutes and on my way down Electron drive. I would absolutely recommend Koch Air LLC to a friend or family member. Prices are comparable to any local Wal Mart or Lowes or any outfit like that. Will be returning for all of my HVAC needs in the future as Koch Air has a loyal customer in me these days.

Carrier distributed up the the street from us. We're allowed to buy parts for our Carrier system. They were pleasantly respectful.
