I had been with another HVAC company for many years & it was recently sold to another company. The service person gave me a list of services my 4 yr old system had to have done (not recommended to be done), that totaled several thousand $$$. I contacted KLM since they are an authorized service company & have an A+ rating/zero complaints with BBB. Mike from KLM examined my system & said NONE of those services were needed & my system was working EXACTLY as it should be. He thoroughly explained what his findings were & answered all my questions. I really appreciate his honesty & down to earth approach to customer service! I consider the first company a blessing in disguise because it led me to KLM & now I have a new permanent service company.
This was my first time using KLM. Mike Duffy was very kind and helpful. He diagnosed and fixed the problem quickly. These days good service is very hard to come by; I am very appreciative. Thank you, Mike!
KLM is a top notch company. Being a member is something I would highly recommend. For a reasonable price, you get a fall service and a summer service. Mike was very informative and professional. I will definitely be having them install a UV light in our HVAC system soon! I would recommend this company and Mike to anyone!
Jermane, Steven, Justin, Tommy, Dan, and Neal were AWESOME! They were helpful, with a quick response, and answered every question. I will continue to recommend KLM! Such a blessing to know great christian customer service still exists. Mike just came out did an inspection on our Heat/AC. Just awesome! He was prompt explained what he's doing. It's a Friday, my furnace is making noises and blowing cold air. I didn't know what to do. In a panic, I called KLM and was greeted with a sweet, kind young lady. She could get someone there in 2 hours, a competitor couldn't diagnosis it until next week. It's going to be in single digits next week, I couldn't wait without heat that long. KLM's rep (Michael) called me within minutes, he was on his way! Michael explained the problem in detail and a way I understood. I ask many questions. He was patient, knowledgeable, understanding and went out of his way to do everything possible to have my unit working, even checked the humidifier, vent noises and made sure my house was heating properly along with the thermostat. As a Senior Citizen on a Social Security budget, Michael explained the bill making the cost affordable for me, which helped tremendously. I can't thank KLM enough for Michael and all the staff. You have made a difference. Thank you all for your hard work and dedication. You are greatly appreciated. It's nice to know there are still businesses and a staff who care about doing things right. From the first phone call, I felt as if I was important and you cared about my situation. Now I can sleep with a toasty home and a comfort knowing it will still be working. Tues June 13, 2023 Called for my air conditioning maintenance, spoke with Megan (hope spelled correct) who is ALWAYS so pleasant and helpful. We made the appointment between 1-3. A little after 1:00 Michael said he was on his way. I was so surprised. Michael came in, checked the unit from the inside, checked the thermostat, and checked the unit outside. He said it needed a part, what was nice about it? I know that I can trust what he said and it was installed that day at a fair price. This day and time one doesn't know who to trust. You can trust Michael and Megan they are professional, honest and friendly dedicated

I have worked with KLM for the past 15 years because of their commitment to service and professionalism. Today “Lucky” did the maintenance on our system. Great gentleman, professional and great conversation as well. It’s not just the business side that makes KLM great to work with, but it’s the staff, people like Lucky that make it enjoyable. The KLM crew is great to work with. They were very courteous when they answered the phone, worked with me when I had to change my appointment. Lucky Hedrick was a true professional. Very thorough checking out our system, inspected everything, noted our system for future visits for KLM. Highly recommend KLM for your HVAC service contractor.

Technician Mike was extremely professional and knowledgeable. Had to schedule a return visit after the initial service call. Came out the next day and took care of everything. Great job!
Lucky is the man he fixed our proffer and oven in a flash and he ate sub while he did he is the man and i would love to have him in every store he is the man.
Mike Duffy was my service technician today. He was very clear with what the problem was, transparent about the options to fix as well as the costs, and also gave advice as to which solution would be best given the age of my system and if it was worth fixing or not at this point. I’ve used KLM for years and I continue to get the same quality service each time.

KLM replaced our HVAC several years back. Today Lucky did my spring/summer check up. He gave it a complete inspection and cleaning. He could not have been anymore professional and/or friendly. I recommend KLM to all my friends and family!!
For years, we have used KLM for our HVAC maintenance. Mike always does a great job servicing our heating & cooling units, & get the work done quickly.
I was having a problem with my HVAC system that was installed last year by KLM Heating and Cooling. Mike the service technician came out and diagnosed the problem and made the repairs. He was very professional and showed me what he did to correct the problem. I would highly recommend KLM Heating and Cooling to anyone that requires replacement HVAC or maintenance to their existing equipment.

Mike Duffy was the repairman that came out on two different occasions to inspect and also repair my HVAC. I would recommend him and this company to anyone. They answer after hours calls quickly, schedule visits that are convenient for me, and inspect the HVAC system thoroughly. In addition, their prices for repairs and services are economically reasonable.
