Mr. key in his associates came to my home in an emergency situation on a Sunday and replaced the full HVAC system at a price that was 40% lower than any other competitor. They were clean efficient professional and courteous. Mr. Chi even called several days later to ensure that the complete new HVAC system was working properly. They are my go to HVAC company going forward.
I purchased a new HVAC with whole house humidifier. James Key came over did some measurements told me the purchase options and ordered my equipment. Did a one day install and it looks like a work of art. He gave me the grand tour of my unit over the phone because of my work hours. Answered all my questions and I paid him in full. I highly recommend them not only for new installs but repairs as well from previous work on my old unit. Great team and great service.
Was sold a used ac unit by the owner (James Key) who guaranteed it to be good. I paid a licensed HVAC company $400 to install it a few days later. The technician installed it then pressure checked it with nitrogen. It started leaking around condenser immediately! Contacted owner who was very cocky and rude! He said “those trane units don’t leak, you must’ve damaged it.” He helped me carefully load it into my $80k truck and I drove 2 miles home where I carefully unloaded it at site of install. He refunded $100 for the unit but I’m still out $400 for install! Owner is rude and very unprofessional to deal with! I do not recommend this company at all!
Very pleased with the service received on the installation (and sale) of a new hvac system at my home. Project was completed in a timely manner (including some custom metal duct work that was needed with the new unit). I was very impressed with their skills and I will definitely use them again in the future and would recommend them to anyone needing hvac work (residential or commercial).
Keyserve Mechanical is the first call I make when we have HVAC issues. They are here when they say they will be and they are reasonably priced. The technicians are knowledgeable, trustworthy and honest. I would recommend them to anyone.
Keyserve Mechanical Service needs to be your first call/go-to company for hvac issues. James and Jacob are top notch when it comes it hvac service. They are the ONLY technicians I trust to work on my equipment at our full service Hilton-brand hotel. Keyserve is very quick to respond to service calls and they are fairly priced. Do not hesistate to give them a call if you are having trouble with home or business air conditioners, furnaces, boilers, chillers, commerical refrigeration equipment, etc. These guys can fix it all!

Terrible service!! We had a technician come in to repair an under the counter fridge. We were charged $105 for the technician to open the door and turned down the thermostat. Apparently it was accidentally adjusted to high. I would gladly pay for their time to come out, but $105 is ridiculous for 30 seconds worth of work.
