We’ve used KCC Air Conditioning and Furnace for our spring/fall service and for AC unit repair. They are always prompt, professional and easy to work with. Their repair technician, Kelly is absolutely wonderful and trustworthy. He is a one of a kind technician and takes great pride in his work. I highly recommend KCC and Kelly for all of your needs.

KCC installed my TRANE HVAC system yesterday. Bottom line, they have been a class act from start to finish. I only took quotes from companies meeting my filter criteria: A+ BBB rating, NATE trained technicians and great reviews. Of the other five companies I took quotes from, most were in the same quoted price range but one was quite a bit lower. I actually called KCC to cancel their appointment and spoke with Ronen Danino. He said “Give us a chance to earn your business.” So I did, and they beat that best quote by $500. I know TRANE is legendary for its’ reliability and quality. I read that TRANE is the only one to get perfect 5’s from Consumer Reports. Two more things that were greatly appreciated from KCC: a) Communication throughout the process was stellar. Anytime I had a question, I was immediately put through to Ronen and got whatever information I needed; and b) The technicians were also very professional and valued good communication. Jack and his crew completed a flawless installation of a pretty complicated situation. The compressor required a crane to install on the roof and my air handler/heater was on a cramped, elevated platform inside my pantry. We are putting KCC on our recommended list at Merchantile Gallery Lofts and I will highly recommend them to anyone who asks.
KCC installed a Trane heat pump system with heat exchanger, compressor, and coil. Installation was prompt and friendly, and they were nice enough to give us some help with an existing Nest thermostat after the system was installed. We've been quite pleased.
Danny is always extremely pleasant, punctual, personable, knowledgeable and professional when he comes by to perform regular maintenance on my HVAC system (and make any repairs IF needed) and Allison is ALWAYS extremely pleasant, personable, professional and helpful when I call her with any questions/requests!👍🏻
Needed HVAC/furnace replaced. Recommended by family that has used them for years. Beat price of first estimate we received for exact same system by quite a bit. They were very professional and on time, not to mention very nice.

I had a good experience with KCC replacing my split system A/C and Heater. The guys were super friendly.
They came out on a Thursday and gave me an estimate. On Friday they installed my furnace and I am really happy with it. It only took them about 6 hours.

We originally contacted them for repair and they diagnosed the problem quickly. Recommended a full replacement and gave us a reasonable price and quality follow up visits for maintenance. Would recommend.

John showed up on time, was professional, and enjoyable to talk with. As far as corporate, we expected them to contact us for membership service before the cold season set in and they did not. Only toward the me of season.
Jack Osbourn and Ronnie Keen did a great job replacing our AC/ Heat pump unit and coils. They were very careful with my ground cover around the outside unit as to not trample it. My husband said they were very clean, courteous and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend them.
