I wanted to offer my praise for two employees of yours. We recently had an issue with a compressor for one of our jobs and ordered another for warranty. The one we received arrived shorted. Our salesman Sean contacted your company again and we were immediately issued a replacement. We did not have to deal with a crazy amount of paperwork or have to worry about shipping the parts back. Everything went so smoothly and I cannot tell you how wonderful it made doing business with your company. As the person in charge of doing warranties and returns for our company, I want to thank Claressa McGee and Shawn Gray for their wonderful customer service!! Keep up the great work guys!

I work here but I have been looking into maybe transferring positions within the company.
The two technicians that came out to my house was very polite very quick at what they did and very clean and neat after they were done they cleaned up they had a lot of respect for us while they were there doing the repairs and installing the new unit and everything works fantastic we wanted to say thank you to the crew that came out to our house and fixed it and the manager that helped us out.

Kelly came out this morning and did an AWESOME job. The time he took to explain what was going on with my system was greatly appreciated. He listened to what I was experiencing and tweaked the system to make me most comfortable. His knowledge, patience (with me) and professionalism was above and beyond. I am a 100% satisfied customer!!
Had them work on ac unit in summer and dual furnace system when heat went out first cold spell we got this year. Both times they were timely and did great work. Technician was happy to explain his thought process during the repair and was transparent about repair options. Did not recommend any more than what was required to accurately make repair and his assessments were correct. Kelly was my technician in both instances. Very knowledgeable. Highly recommend.

After calling because my AC unit went out, within 24 hours I had a new unit installed as well as a new furnace. I can’t describe how happy I am with their service. They showed up on time and were extremely friendly and professional. I work from home and was able to conduct business as usual while the installations were taking place. I have already recommended KCC heating and cooling to my friends and will continue to do so.

Excellent company, 50+ years of experience, and it's owned by the employees. And being an employee of this company in the past, the quality of their work is unmatched. They don't cut corners, and really care for their employees. They go above and beyond for every single customer, no matter if it's an $800 order, or a $90,000 order.
Decent place to load. They usually get you in and out, however, the flatbed loads can be a little time consuming to secure and tarp.
