I had this company install a new AC and heater two years ago. The systems have been running smoothly and efficiently ever since. They completed the job quickly and thoroughly. I also have them come out and service the system twice a year and they are always quick to get out here. Would definitely recommend!

We have used Erich Otto and J&M Mechanical for many years. They give it to you straight, lay out various options, with no hard-sell pressure whatsoever. Erich and the members of his team are on time and incredibly responsive from the first call; top-notch in every way. We had our whole system updated during record high temps.
Eric and his crew were as professional as they come! We had a heater and air conditioning unit that needed to be replaced, Eric provided the expertise and the price was absolutely within our budget and fair. I recommend J & M Mechanical for all your HVAC needs. Very courteous and professional.

Need to calm their drivers road rage. No sure why he was changing lanes on the Waterston like a maniac while screaming out the passenger window almost hitting 2 cars on the driverside.
Had to get our A/C repaired middle of the summer, Erich was quick to respond, came out on a Sunday, I had unknowingly froze everything up, so he fit me in his schedule on Monday and had it repaired within 30 minutes. Absolutely happy with the response and the service, now I won’t go anywhere else for anything HVAC.
