These guys! Michael and Tyler were professional and knew EXACTLY what they were doing particularly Michael as he was the lead technician. They checked the freon level, installed a new Capacitor. The house has already cooled down and they haven't been gone 30 minutes! Shout out to Fast Response!!
Do not use! They are the last company you should trust when you need help. Seriously, choose your neighbor Bob before these guys.
Went thru my home warranty for repairs. They came out assessed the issue and found the problem. My issues with them is lack of communication. Took three to get the parts when I was told up to 14 days. No communications. Finally got the part in and took another week for them to come out and replace the compressor. The unit lasted 2 days, called them up and told that the unit was not running again. Day number 4 and still no word as to when they are going to come out and look at my ac unit.
Just waiting on them to come out and fix my air conditioner after canceling my appointment on the same day. Not happy with the service so far Update, they came out a month later. Got a call out of nowhere that they was coming out to get it repaired… good thing I work close by so I was able to meet them at home. Great job, works perfect! Scheduling needs to be better though.
The repair man showed knew his job well, very professional quick fix and on his way....very good human being in a lost world....👍 ..
Nate was fantastic! Showed up on time and was super friendly and informative about options down the road for an eventual repair of my ancient Air conditioner.
My technician was Nate very professional and he found the issue with my AC .. I had a leak .. and he quickly repaired it in no time he was at my house less than 30 min.. so he definitely puts the “Fast” in fast response 🤭 and he was courteous. I will recommend this company to any one who has heating or AC issues. They deserve 20 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️ ⭐️⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Went through this company to repair my ac, when tech came out he said the parts would take a week and that was not true. Almost a month went by and never received any communication or update on the parts unless i called and was told "we are still waiting". But they were quick to charge me $1400 for freon which i had to go back and forth to get my refund. I highly do not recommend them.
Fast Response = Inaccurate Diagnosis! This is day three of contacting this company and no response or text. This is the worst Hvac company I’ve dealt with. This will be the second time that I use this company (2nd is not by choice) and both times they have given the me the wrong diagnosis on why the air doesn’t work. The second time I was referred to them I told my home warranty company that I did not want to deal with this company because it would be a waste of time and money and sure enough…waste of time and money and my tenant is still without air. This company is a joke.
Kevin was professional, on time, and thorough. Took time to answer our questions and do a thorough inspection. Recommend him to anybody in need of hvac service
Run…this company is HIGHLY unprofessional. On 5/31, this company came out to look at our air conditioner and had to order a part, I was told that day the part would take two days to get here, which would be that Friday. I asked if that meant the air conditioning would be up and running by the weekend. He said absolutely! He completely lied to my face. The company even said that was not true. I hope they have been fired since. It is now 8 days later and still no air conditioning. Until today it has been the high of 90 + outside, super hot inside. We have a child and animals. We had to get a hotel room over the weekend since it was so hot.I This is going through home warranty and neither the American Home Shield nor Fast Response have helped or cared in anyway, have only lied to us. We’ve heard anywhere from 2 days, 5-10 business days to 2-10 business days. Still no part and have spent a good 10 hours on the phone trying to get answers. I left 2 messages last week for the manager to call me and still haven’t received a call back. They said today the part will be here this week….what a freaking joke! To be continued….as I have no faith in what they say. Do not give them your money!
Nate is the most professional technician that I ever met. His knowledge and confidence gives you comfort knowing your cool air will be up and running in no time
I had no shortage of trouble with the office. However, Nate showed up exactly when he said he would. He completed the repair completely. Nate was professional, knowledgeable, and very friendly. Someone I would invite to family dinner. Five stars for Nate!!!
Being in the construction industry myself, I can say with authority that this company has: -Trouble with scheduling -Dishonest technicians -Customer service that is below par -A service window of 12 hours -A full voicemail box I had a technician take a picture of my front door to prove he was there, then leave without knocking. I had to reschedule for the next day. They were supposed to call an hour ahead, which was approved by them, I got a call when they were 45 minutes away. I missed the call, called back within 15 minutes or so and the technician was already going to another job. After calling the front office, they refused to have a technician come out to keep the appointment. Poor customer service. Definitely avoid.
Roman called me about 30 minutes prior to my appointment to let me know he was on his way, which is always a plus. When he showed up he was very polite and professional. He assessed my A/C and was very quick in diagnosing and fixing the problem. On top of this, I had a lot of questions for him in which he was very happy to address. He was super knowledgeable and helpful. Definitely worth the call!
These guys were appointed to me through homeshield, They were prompt to call me and schedule an appointment for Saturday which is okay because I don't work Saturday. They called me Friday and left a voicemail with no information to call them back and then when I called back the girl on the phone was rude. She advised me that I was rescheduled for Friday. People don't make same day plans like that. I asked her if we could reschedule to Saturday. She said they don't make appointments on Saturday, I asked her then why was I scheduled Saturday? She said it was in an error. You can't provide the service. Don't offer the service. The girl had an attitude the entire time I was talking to her. I told her to cancel the appointment. I wasn't interested in doing business with them. Literally because of one rude person.
Nate is crooked as a dog’s hind leg, he speaks out his behind .This guy looks you straight in the eye and tells you a bald face lie , this company is working for AHS and they would rather tell you your 29 year old air conditioner is perfectly fine when clearly it no longer repairable , don’t trust a word they say its all a lie they only care about the money , there is absolutely no customer service they only want to take advantage of a senior citizen “should be ashamed of themselves “ maybe we’ll see obviously they don’t care about people VERY BAD PEOPLE

My technician Kevin was beyond knowledgeable and professional. He diagnosed the problem quickly and repaired it. I have used Fast Response in the past and highly recommend Kevin and Fast Response.
Roman was very professional, attentive, courteous, knowledgeable, and informative. Roman was very thorough when diagnosing the problem. Everything was repaired and my fear was calmed once I realized it was not as serious or as costly as I thought it would be. We always think the worst when we have HVAC issues, but Roman put my mind at ease. I loved his positive attitude, candor, and honesty. Definitely a great experience.
