Energy Control Heating and Air is now my go-to company for all my heating and cooling needs! I recently had the pleasure of working with them and I am extremely impressed with their service. From the moment I contacted them, their team displayed professionalism, promptness, and a commitment to customer satisfaction. The technicians are very highly knowledgeable, explaining the issues with my broken air conditioner clearly. They provided exceptional customer service, and the repairs were done efficiently and to the highest standard. The pricing was very fair and transparent. To say Highly recommended would be an understatement, they are simply the best in the business!
I’ve worked with Energy Control since I moved to Louisville 3 years ago, to fix several problems (with old systems) and two replacements. They’re responsive, pleasant, and easy to work with, including the service and sales desks, and the on-site techs.
The folks at Energy Control are fantastic! They came out to service our AC unit in a very timely manner, identified and fixed the problem right away. We were back up and running before we had to feel any major heat. Very professional and polite technicians you can trust in your home.

Great service! Friendly and professional. Never felt pressured at all. Had to have our entire hvac system replaced during the hottest part of summer and they did what they could to get everything installed as quickly as possible. Definitely would recommend!
Fantastic!! My old AC unit (from 1989) finally gave up; however, the guys from ECHA put another bandaid on it to get us by before the installation of the new unit, a new Trane unit. First, Dalton, Chase, and Luke arrived right on time and worked diligently all day to install the new system (both indoor and outdoor units, and thermostat). With the old system the upstairs of my house would get to nearly 80° during the day with the thermostat set at 71°. Last night I said the thermostat at the same temperature, 71°, and when I awoke in the morning the temperature was 71.5° on the second level of my house, which was normally 80°. Second, the guys cleaned up everything better than they found it to include sweeping. Third, the guys explained the intricacies of the new system. Fourth, all three men acted and spoke kindly to me and to each other. I’m completely satisfied with the system and the work performed by Energy Control.
Energy Control kept our old air conditioning unit running as long as the could and saving us money. They also just replaced the old replaced the old unit when the parts were not available any more. They also replaced a 30+ year old furnace unit with much more efficient one. They were on time and everything went exactly as they said it would. it's rare to find companies that operate with the integrity of Energy Control. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
My whole system went out. They ordered and new one over the weekend, it arrived on Monday late and they spent all day Tuesday installing it. I felt that I was a real priority for them as it was 90 and I had no air conditioning. Pleasant and efficient installers. Great job!!!
Best HVAC for the money
I was very pleased with the installation technicians. They were on-time, professional and thorough. It was a very positive experience from the first call to completion. I would definitely recommend.
Honest, professional, polite, efficient!!! Energy Control Heating & A/C never disappoints. HVAC systems fail over time, but this company’s commitment to integrity, honesty, and excellent service never fails. We have been serviced by them for over 14 years and they have always given us honest answers, even when it didn’t benefit their pocket. They truly look out for their customers best interest. They are quick and efficient with excellent communication. We have had an old unit in our house and they helped it last for the past 3 summers. It finally died and we would use no one else to replace our unit. The crew was on time, polite and professional, cleaned up any mess, answered all of our questions and did a beautiful job inside and outside. With all of the dishonest and self-serving companies out there, This is one you can trust!
Our AC went out on Tuesday. Called one of the larger HVAC companies in town. The tech was professional and courteous and offered solutions but they all involved spending several thousands of dollars. Still no working AC. Got a referral from a friend for Energy Control and very glad to have connected with these guys. They ran some diagnostics and isolated the issue and explained my options. They educated me on what the problem was, why it was happening, and helped me come up with a short term and long term plan. Very courteous, very competent, and very good at explaining things clearly for cavemen like me. Will need some additional work in the future because of an aging system but won't make any other calls. First and only call will be to the guys at Energy Control. Thank you!

Jason, Dalton and Chase provided excellent service installing my new furnace and air conditioner. They were very professional and very thorough. Being new to town I am thankful I was referred to a reputable company that provides great products and excellent service.
Just installed a Mitsubishi Mini- split for our porch - Energy Control installation was 5 stars - great recommendations in where to install and it looked perfect when done - highest quality technicians - extremely professional - very neat - and once job was done - everything was spotless - they exceeded our expectations in every way - highly recommend them
