Frank Nutter did a great job installing a new water heater at my house today. If the water were hot, why would I need a hot water heater?
We had an issue in the 2nd floor of our home where all the pipes came together. Daelyn Shirley went out of his way to explain the issues and the steps he was going to take, he could t have been more professional. He took no time at all and made sure everything looked as good as it did when he showed up. We are going to use Dauenhauer for all of our issues moving forward and will ask for Daelyn if they ever have to come back out.
Had several faucets to be changed out, and happy with the way everything turned out! Professional and they cleaned up nicely afterwards. Very satisfied

You were there when you said you would be. You worked methodically and quickly. You got the problem diagnosed, even if you couldn't fix it. You are paid for what you know more than for what you do. You were both polite. That's why we called your company again.
Nathan did a great job installing an ejector pump in my basement. He was very professional and honest and the job was done efficiently. I now believe the good reviews on Dauenhauer Plumbing are true. Good workers are hard to get by nowadays and Nathan and Kyle were great.
I was charged $400 for one hour of labor and parts for the repair of two “pop-ups“ for two sinks. He was unable to give me a breakdown for labor and parts. Instead he generated a price out of an iPad. I reached out to management, have not yet received a call back. I feel taken advantage of, and don’t plan on using their services again.
Jaquez, my technician was very knowledgeable and share what he was doing. Jaquez, was very polite and cleaned up very well, leaving the bathroom clean. I appreciate his understanding of his trade and his professionalism. Jaquez is an asset to Dauenhauer Plumbing Heating and Air and adds to quality of service they provide their customers as a service.
Austin was very courteous and respectful as well as knowledgeable. He explained everything to me and put me at ease. His work and professionalism was top notch. If any other plumbing issues arise, I will request Austin. 🙂
On the 4th of July we were having a large cookout when our A/C went out. In 40 min my tech was here and ready to work. He completed the job and save the day! So thankful for my tech Rob who definitely knew what he was doing and was extremely knowledgeable. Thank you Rob!
David was fantastic! He talked us through our options and his work was professional and well done. My honey is very hard to impress and he said David did a great job!
Ryan was in an out like a flash, diagnosed the problem and had us "flowing" again in no time. Placed a call at 9:15 am edt and had the problem resolved by 11:00 am edt. Was very cost conscious on what tools he used to meet the need!

Daelyn was efficient, polite, and professional, covering an appointment on short notice. He also provided some maintenance tips to avoid future issues.
This was my 1st time using Dauenhauer Plumbing, and I was definitely surprised and pleased. From calling to schedule an appointment (I didn't have to leave a message and wait for a callback, someone answered the phone) to the surprise that they could come so quickly. I had the option of same day, next day or whatever day service I needed. I didn't have to wait a week. Andrew was the one who came to my home. He called to let me know he was on his way with an estimated time of arrival. He was very professional, nice, friendly and informative. He went over the work order and pricing for my approval and completed the job very efficiently. Pricing for the services was very reasonable and I am very pleased with my experience. I will definitely be using this company for all my plumbing needs.

We had a new Carrier AC and furnace installed by Dauenhauer. They arrived on time and were done early. The work area was cleared of the old furnace and condenser. They made sure that the system was working properly and trouble shoot a small leak in the compressor valve. We were happy with the quoted price and the installation.

Would not recommend this plumbing company. Communication is sorely lacking in efficiency, prices are VERY VERY HIGH, and now they just hung up on me on the phone. Please, for the love of all things sacred, use a different plumbing company.
