Great company, Great work
The service was good but the service charges - the $72.00 per trip I find not just unfair, but outrageous. If the service technician has to go get a part, you are charged another $72.00. They traded $72.00 for a few thousand as I will find another for future issues. Buyer beware
Richard and Ray Ray were exceptional. Had to hook up vents under crawl space. Job took less time than thought. Very personable, explained everything. Always great service from Dad's.
Matt helped me get an 25 year old air conditioner operational about 2 years ago and did an amazing job. Extremely professional work ethic and commitment to make the customer satisfied is honestly putting it lightly. Highly recommended and competitive pricing.
They were fast friendly and very good people both Matt and Richard will use again if needed.

Worst decision I made choosing Dad’s Mechanical. They are dishonest !!! pay attention to the equipment they put in because they will put something different in and charge you the same check your invoices I was suppose to get a 14 seer and they put in a 13 and didn’t tell me but still charged me for the 14 even went as far as to cover up the energy efficiency guide so I couldn’t see it was a 13 til I registered it and nothing matched up. Then Matt lied and told home advisor he gave me $200 back he didn’t only a $100 so I had to go to bank and get a copy of his check.which was only for a $100 Then when he came back he damage the new air conditioner he put in and dented and scratched up the top had to order another one of those. Then bent the fan had to order another one If he would have been honest from the beginning Instead of hoping I wouldn’t notice things would be a lot different Then he hangs up on you when you call and ask a question not very professional at all and I’ve had nothing but head aches from this company now I need a new furnace because they didn’t replace the coil which all other companies say should have been included in the $2345 he quoted me. I ask for an Itemized receipt the answer was we don’t do that. Guess not then there would be a paper trail of your dishonesty

I've used several HVAC companies around Louisville over the past few years and Dad's Mechanical is the only company that I will consider in the future (other than cases where insurance would require someone else). Matt and Richard are both awesome to work with. They are flexible to each individuals situation and both make HVAC tune ups or repairs as painless as possible. They are trustworthy people looking to provide quality service at affordable prices. I highly recommend Dad's for your next HVAC need.
