I am very impressed with this business. From the day I called with an issue and spoke with Emily… this business has been ON IT… Emily called back the very next day and scheduled Brian to “come take a look”. Brian got to my home and immediate diagnosed the issues I was having and scheduled to come back the very next day for the repair. Brian and Malaki showed up bright and early and went straight to work!! Within only a few hours…. They had replaced to damage done to my duct work in the crawl space and MADE CERTAIN I was happy with their work. This business has their act together, a great staff and appears to really care about their customers. HOW REFRESHING!!!! I will definitely use C & L Heating and Air again!!!
A/C was out so I called several companies. Chris with C&L came early the next morning to check it out. The twenty year old unit was shot. Chris me a quote for installation, the price was very competetive. The crew was there the next day (early) and installed a complete new HVAC system, in a day. The crew was great! They walked me through the process before starting and left no mess behind for me to clean up. I am very pleased so far and would recommend C&L for your HVAC work.
They (installer) came and did an amazing job of tearing out the old systems. And installed the new equipment without a hitch. These guy were very awesome I call told lots, lots of people how wonderful they were. If you need something done with your HVAC don’t hesitate call C & L they want disappoint you.
My a/c went out on what it felt like the hottest day. I was hot and my baby was sweating being inside. After being told from multiple companies that it would be DAYS to come for a service call, C & L was there within a few hours. Top tier professionalism and affordability with quick response times !

Let me start by saying, Very trustworthy company. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again in the future. They were very attentive, on time and professional. My heating system was very old,it stopped working and needed replaced.with in a days times they came in took out and replaced my heating system and a/c system, which also was very old. They are the real deal. Again, thanks guys. I appreciate the service .
Very worth the money. They did an exceptional removal and install. The crews were helpful during our post work walk through, the owner and office staff are friendly and helpful too. They pulled permits, submitted warranty information and even helped me get in contact with the inspector to make sure I got everything done on time. True white glove experience.

I have used C&L for years and had referred many friends and family members to them over the years. They installed a new AC system in the spring of 2022. They came back on six different occasions for issues related to the installation. On the last visit I was charged $150 to replace a part that had been broken as a direct result of their technician breaking it. I am very disappointed in this company!
My experience was good but did not receive receipt for services & called & left message for receipt & never received a little disappointing.

We paid for a new furnace and a mini split from these people, it came to $9000. The furnace is very nice and works well. Although we asked repeatedly for the manual for the furnace and was told it was 'thrown away' and they would get us a new one but no one ever did even after phoning them time and again. We were talked into a small furnace and I think it would have been better to go for one a little bigger. that is our fault we should have stuck to our guns on that one. The mini split however is another story this device is horrible. First we were very clear we wanted to have app access to control the heat and cooling in the house. the person who we met with just said this was the one you are getting. they did not offer us any other type of mini split. We came to find out this was bottom of the line and that it has absolutely no app access to it. The mini split does not keep a constant temp. If you set your temp to 70 you could get 65 or you could 78. That is bad enough as it is but we live in Kentucky and this mini split shuts down when the temp gets to 30 F outside. You would think they would have looked at this since they know what the weather in Kentucky is like. We asked to speak to the original person who came to sell us this stuff. I believe this was the owner but he never ever came back. He would always send some guy over who did not seem to know much about the mini split. We never did get the furnace manual which will suck when we want to sell the house. not to mention we have no idea if the furnace was registered for the warranty although they said it was we have no proof. They did the work in a timely manner and the install itself was well done but the problems above leave a sour taste in our mouth with this company. edit: 2 years after getting the mini split I had to pay another company over $7000 to get a new one installed that actually works. The mini split this company installed never did work right.
After not having air for 4 days, 3 other companies/individuals could not tell me what was wrong. Chris from C&L came in and diagnosed/ fixed the issue in about 30 minutes! I had air running less than 4 hours after calling to make an appointment, we are so grateful!
Excellent service, had C&L out to home for AC repair. The technicians are very knowledgeable and purchased a system from them. The prices are very reasonable and installation was perfect. Will definitely continue with them in the future.
C&L is reasonably priced, professional and fast. We contacted them and within 24 hrs our problem was solved and our air was cool again. They are honest, prompt, and reliable. I recommend them to all my friends and family!
