I had Best Choice install a new furnace and air conditioner in a rental property I own. My experience after payment has been deplorable. Not only have I endured costly repairs as a result of their faulty installation, but Eddie Ray, owner, refuses to call me back which caused me to have to employ, at additional expense, a reputable HVAC company to get the system working as it should. Beware of Best Choice and Eddie Ray.

Knowledgeable, professional, timely, and honest. Have used these guys many times and I would highly recommend to anybody! It's hard to find a Business these days with such integrity and I can't say enough good things about Eddie and his staff, they have always been great to me!
Fast & Reasonable - AC had stopped working on Sunday so I started making calls first thing Monday morning. I got turned down for an hour by every company I called and the only ones that agreed to same day wanted emergency rates at x1.5 the cost. Eddie Ray fit me in that day, was on time, and called 30 minutes before arrival. He diagnosed the problem (contactor) and had me up in running in less than 30 minutes. He checked my refrigerant levels and didn't try to sell me anything. He doesn't believe in overtime charging and works Mon-Sat. His rates are fair and his work is honest - Do not think twice!
This company charged us $532 for service repairs on our A/C unit and the problem wasn't fixed. When we asked if the cost of the previous repair would be factored in as a deduction because the issue wasn't fixed, I never received an answer. We have tried to call the owner numerous times to remedy the situation and he hasn't returned any of our calls. We will not use this company for any repairs in the future and we still remain extremely unsatisfied. Also, I tried to call the owner from my work phone today and he FINALLY answered. I explained to him that another company is trying to complete the job and can't because they dropped of the compressor that's under warranty. I was told GOOD LUCK and he hung up the phone. I'm appalled that we have been treated in this manner by a company.
Have used them many times. Always follow through with appointments and do quick work. They will also shoot you straight. They don't try to sell you on things you don't need like some larger HVAC service companies looking to make money on costly installs. They will make what you have work until it is no longer possible. Highly recommend.
Heat went out in the middle of winter. Called them and they were able to be out in about an hour. Fixed the problem AND serviced it within another hour. Charged much less than I was expecting. Will definitely use them again!
I needed service for my AC asap. They gave me a quick window - gave me a time the day before, called the morning to confirm time and were then ON TIME!!!!! How rare is that these days. They were quick, efficient, knowledgeable, conveyed the problem to me and repairs it in rapid fashion. The repair was diagnosed accurately, reasonably...very impressed with this firm. It was the first time I used them...it will not be the last. A+ in my book.
