Associate I talked to was knowledgeable and was able to provide me with the part I needed to repair my AC unit. Even went as far as testing my old and new part to make sure that it was the correct part that failed. Will be coming back again! Great experience!
I was extremely impressed with the same day service Bakers HVAC provided. Mr. Howell diagnosed the problem immediately and had my AC back in service quickly. I appreciate the professionalism displayed by both technicians.
My furnace was acting weird, working then not on and off. Was able to get a fast appointment, customer service was amazing and the issue was from a pipe that was leaking back into furnace, tech replaced the pipe and cleaned the furnace and made sure everything was clean and in order. I was expecting a huge bill but was exceptionally surprised on final bill. Would highly recommend.

Very helpful! I suspected my capacitor went out and I brought it up to them hoping they would have one, the guy immediately tested the capacitor, showed it was bad, sold me a new one and I was on my way. Will definitely call them from now on for any HVAC service.

Our air went out so we had them come look at it (190$) to come out and they told us it was not able to be fixed, lost cause, we would need a whole new unit. There was nothing they could do. My grandma decided before she spent 8,000$ she wanted to get a second opinion. Well, we did just that! Guess what? Our air is fixed and it was a very very simple fix! So BAKERS was trying to SCAM my elderly grandmother out of 8,000$ I AM FURIOUS AND SO DISGUSTED.

Not verry happy with work performed, air unit leaked and they said they would fix it witch it buckled up my wood flooring and it's been a month and they still haven't fix it...
My go to place for my HVAC needs
I gave them 1 star because they scheduled service on the day I called. The repairman didn't even want to try and fix the problem. Instead just to told my wife that the compressor was shot. Made no attempt to open the unit and verify that the contacts were working properly. Waste of time and money. Stay away at all costs.
Honest.
It took them a week and a half to call me to tell me they can't show up wanted to reschedule Bryant heat and air was there the very next morning 10 min fixed and paid for house is cool as it should be will never call or recommend bakers

Good service
I got an estimate from Bryant heating and air, Prudential heating and air and bakers. Bakers beat the other two hands down. In pricing a humidifier, Baker's price could not be beat. The service manager came by after installation to check and make sure I was happy and that the unit was working properly. I will call Baker's first from now on.
