I've been an Algeier Air customer for several years and I use their annual maintenance contract; their customer service is exceptional! Andy is an exceptional technician, friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and thorough. No matter what unit he is maintaining, he always goes the extra mile and never leaves a mess. Algeier always goes out of its way to insure its customers' comfort Great company!
Our HVAC geothermal system was installed by Allgeier Air in 2008. Allgeier technicians have provided twice yearly service since then. Our most recent routine service was conducted by Jason, whose thoroughness and professionalism was notable. This is the longest we’ve ever lived in one house, so it is a new experience for us to need to address normal wear and tear of an aging system. Jason astutely observed and made recommendations for repair and replacement to keep our system running normally and efficiently. We love the geothermal system, and are grateful that we can keep it functioning for another 10 years or more with this kind of attention to detail. Thanks Jason for a job well done. You are a valuable member to the Allgeier Air team. You provided outstanding service and we enjoyed your company.

Jason came out to do Spring maintenance, he was professional, thorough and did a great job. Helped me with options on repairs vs replace when major problem was found, and didn't push. Austin came out next when we decided to replace furnace, he was pleasant, professional and got me a great deal and even got installers to come out same day. Been using this company for 10 years and they are always great to work with.
I originally called them out for service on my AC and furnace on Feb 28th, we are in the process of selling this house and our realtor recommended them. He spent 5 hours at my house and I felt like it was very thorough. However, at the end of the service, his supervisor showed up and tried to sell us a new unit. Yes, I understand that it’s their jobs to upsell. I was told that I have a bad capacitor and a small leak so I would need a new unit. Keep in mind that I’ve never had a problem with this unit what so ever. So this past Tuesday, I turned it on for the first time since they serviced it and realized something wasn’t right. I called a local company to come out and check the unit and they found that Allegir had unplugged my AC compressor, obviously causing it to not run properly. Also, they check for leaks and the capacitor and found nothing, everything was good. I will never use this company again.
Several years ago we had Geothermal installed and have enjoyed this system for many years w/ regular maintenance. CALEB, the technician was Professional and very knowledgeable. He took the time to show us some photos & explained to us thoroughly our system so we can address a few things in the near future. He is the BEST technician I have ever had and I would like the company to know this besides anyone else. I am calling to request him each spring & fall visit! Thanks Caleb for doing your job so well! Andy was the service person that responded. I found him very thorough, honest and courteous.
Friendly and professional staff. Scheduling was easy. Jake the service technician was easy to work with and helpful. Explained all of the services he was providing and found a defective U/V unit I had not noticed. Determined it was covered under warranty and took care of it. Very low pressure on suggested improvements. On time for scheduled appointments.

I had a routine checkup scheduled. Jason called and arrived promptly. He provided thorough, professional work. He explained recommendations with no pressure and sent details of his work and findings. It was a service I can trust.
Jason did our semi-annual HVAC maintenance. He did a great job. He is professional, courteous, and very good. We very much appreciate his service. He did identify one problem, and he took care of that for us. We look forward to Jason and Allegier's continued service. Andrew did our semi-annual home HVAC maintenance. He discovered 2 potential probably, which he took care. Andrew is courteous, professional, and very good at his job.
Spring 2023 We had a new technician this year, Jason. He did a wonderful job. He was quite thorough, very professional, and friendly. He explained everything to us quite clearly, even showing us videos of the inside of our AC unit. We will continue to use Allgeier Air for all of our HVAC needs. Spring 2022 Once again Missy got us all signed up for our seasonal maintenance, and Andrew was polite, efficient and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this company due to such wonderful employees. Winter 2021The service professional was polite and explained everything. We've used this company for years and have never been dissatisfied. We would highly recommend them. 2021 - We are still so impressed and pleased with the service we get from Allgeier Air. Andrew came to service our system today. He could not have been any more pleasant and competent. Thank you Allgeier for having your technicians wear masks and booties. We appreciate your 5 star service. I had a leak coming from my furnace. Jeff W. came out and found the problem within a couple of minutes. He talked me through the problem and had it fixed a few minutes later. Knowledgeable and professional. Great job all the way around.

HVAC specialist Jeff Wright did an outstanding job checking out my heating system from a factory recall. He was highly professional and went over his findings in a clear and concise matter. He is a valuable asset for Allgeier Air.
