Heat was out on the coldest day of the year. Service tech came as soon as they could. Polite, courteous, explained things well, tolerated my questions, and got me back up and running. 10/10 recommend and will use them again in the future.

The people at Airtron Louisville are Great. They took care of my heating and cooling system. Everyone from customer service to installation, were friendly. My father in law is a vendor of there’s. He recommended them to me thought his connection with his connect, Kevin S (I believe). Rob explained everything and Dustin was super. I recommend Airtron Louisville to all my buddies.

*Edited* update- issue has been take care of, apologies were given and job was done. —— Moved into a new construction home in June, unit was sized too small from the beginning. 2nd floor Rooms are 84+ degrees on a normal hot summer day. Employees came out 4 different times and couldn’t figure out a real problem until we shared the full dimensions of our floor plan in August. No one will respond to our calls/emails after being told over a month ago that it was confirmed we needed and were approved for a larger unit. Now rooms are 63 and under on cool nights. We call the number listed here and are told someone will call us back every time but nothing!
Dan is amazing person to work with, he is very professional, root caused the issue in the heating unit and replaced the part in short time.

First off I just want to say how much I appreciate Dan and all the guys at Airtron. I had a new HVAC system installed and with anything problems can arise. They were professional and took care of every issue I had. The issues that came out were not there fault but they took care of them at no cost to me. Thanks
Our AC went out on the hottest day of the year, Dan went above and beyond to ensure we got the proper unit for our home and that it was installed the very next day! The installers who came out to install our units came in and got the job done and were very professional. My experience with this company from beginning to end was excellent!
