I am a home warranty customer and I am so glad they sent Airtech Heating &Cooling Services. This company is very good at assessing the problem, and correcting it. I have had several companies out to my home to repair the issues we were having with our 2 year old unit and they all have failed except this company. I am so grateful and glad we were blessed by HVAC GODS! They are very knowledgeable and they care. So don't be discouraged because you are a home warranty customer. They treat every customer the same.
Honest & professional tech - went the extra mile after hours
Technician came out within an hour of my call to fix my AC on a 95 degree day.

Our HVAC died, and we had a same day estimate and work order placed for the very next day. I could not believe how easy the staff, especially Ronnie, made this process. The techs arrived on time the next day and we had a brand new HVAC and thermostat installed in a few short hours. 10/10 will use again and will recommend to everyone. Thank you, Airtech!
Referred by our HSA home warranty. Came out same day and fixed our AC.
Horrible. They were contracted by my home warranty company, and apparently they treat customers with a home warranty worse than normal customers, at least I hope their other customers are treated better. They couldn't be treated worse. They missed their scheduled appointment time three times, and didn't show up until 9pm when I was told I would be the first call. After all that, the air conditioner stopped working after they left. I called them, and the technician who answered was very rude and stated he would not come back. Very poor customer service.
Ronnie and his team were absolute professionals in spite of the delays caused by other construction going on in the house. They arrived on time, stayed late, cleaned up each of the three days and finished when they said they would. The price was extraordinarily reasonable and we could not be happier. Ronnie and Air Tech are first rate!
We just had Steven and Doug replace our furnace. My husband and I cannot thank them enough. They worked quickly and very thoroughly. They were also very professional throughout the entire process. We would definitely recommend Airtech for all your heating and cooling needs.

Ronnie was great. He responded right away. Easy to work with. A new furnace was installed at a great price. Basement was left clean. Recommend highly.
Had better experience w/ Metro1 heating & Cooling
I have been planning to get a deck built for so long. This company sabotaged my plans by placing a huge HVAC in the middle of where the deck is supposed to go. The work was done when I was out of town. When I noticed how big the HVAC is and called them in for an estimate to get it moved to the side of the house, they said they would give me a discount to move it due to inconvenience and quoted about $500. Then, when I called once I have the money, they increased the quote to $900!!! I asked them to honor their original quote, but the person stated that he is the owner and what he says goes!!! So, I do not recommend working with this company as there are many more alternatives who keep their word!!! There may even be some that would actually notice how much bigger a replacement unit is and offer the customer a choice to move it before just deciding to put it anywhere they want!!!!!!! Ronny or Rodney, the owner, poses to be a terribly unreasonable and unprofessional business man due his disregard for his employees estimates and his subordinates!!! VERY Disappointed in how this was handled!!!

This company is smart and easy to work with. Stephen and the office staff were excellent--they did exactly what they said they would. If you want straightforward service and reasonable prices I recommend them.

Update 7/2/20: I was able to get one more year out of AC unit after service by Ronnie at Airtech but after 21 years, my old unit needed to be replaced. I was given a great quote for replacing AC and furnace (about half as much as competitor for same equipment) and work was done promptly and professionally. House is super cool now! Thanks again Ronnie and Airtech for such a great experience. I would highly recommend Airtech to anyone needing HVAC services. I came home from vacation and my AC was not working. I called Airtech and they came out next morning and assessed the problem. Ronnie was great and took the time to explain why my system wasnt functioning and did necessary steps to fix it. My unit is pretty old but he gave me estimate to replace unit and told me they would apply what I spent on this repair to putting in the new one if it old unit stopped working. No pressured pitches and felt they were honest. Would recommend this company.

My mom and Dad used this service. Their A/C went out in the heat of June. Ronnie was very quick to respond. They replaced their old unit with a top brand for a fantastic price! We will be using them for ALL HVAC needs. Highly recommend Airtech Heating and Cooling Services!
