Our AC was not keeping up on a Friday afternoon in July. I did a quick Yelp search and found Air Services. I read the positive reviews and decided to give him a call. I'm so glad I did. Will answered the call and said he could get to our house in a few hours and that he would call before he came out. He did call and got to our house at 7 pm on a Friday night. He diagnosed the problem quickly, replaced the part that had gone out and we had our AC back up and running before he left at 8 PM. Price was great and service great. Would definitely use him again.
Will is the best. I highly recommend him. Very professional. Always returns texts/calls promptly. He replaced one our units and has given advice over the phone when another unit wasn't working properly. He could have easily made a service call and charged me. He's just an all around good person.
After another company told me that I needed a whole new AC system costing me thousands of dollars, I called Will for a second opinion. Turns out they lied completely and I only needed a new fan motor. This company saved me literally over 6k! I can’t thank them enough!

I had Will out to inspect or HVAC after buying a house. He was knowledgeable, honest and didn't try to have us replace our entire system for no reason, which has been our experience with other local service providers. I previously had Will diagnose and replace a bad control board in my HVAC system and I was so pleased with my experience from 5 years ago, that when my system starting having issues again recently, he was the professional I wanted to come investigate and give me options. Ultimately my HVAC system was just old (somehow it lasted close to 30 years), needed replacement, and I didn't think twice about having him do the job after picking out the system I wanted from the options he presented. He is honest, fair, very knowledgable, works extremely hard to make sure you are happy, makes sure the job is done right, did an excellent job installing all the equipment, and even helped me register the warranties. I highly recommend Will and his company!
Can't say enough good things about Will. I called with a complex issue involving a geothermal setup and Will listened attentively, gave me his thoughts/insights, and referred me to a local geo expert. I was extremely impressed with his knowledge and professionalism. I'd use or recommend Will and ASCS without hesitation.

I contacted Will when our air conditioner stopped working. With it being a holiday weekend, we were nervous about finding someone to come out. He responded promptly and said he could come the very next day (happened to be a holiday). He kept us updated on his status of his arrival. He was very professional, explained everything in great detail so we understood what was going on. He cleaned up the areas he worked in and followed up the next day to check in. We will use Will for all of our HVAC needs.
Definitely my go-to for anything heating and a/c. Installed an entirely new a/c and furnace and did an outstanding job. Great response time and customer service. A true professional.
Will has been helping us with our slowly dying AC unit for year now. We finally decided we had to bite the bullet and do a full furnace/AC upgrade. As always, Will was unbelievably informative regarding the many options we had moving forward with this process. He had very fair pricing, and did an amazingly thorough job. He is as honest of a person as they come, and truly loves what he does which shows in his work. I appreciate and have the highest level of respect for that type of commitment and precision, regardless of the profession. In short, if you have any AC or heating issues, look no further.
Will is one of the most knowledgeable HVAC professionals I’ve ever worked with in any capacity. As a real estate investor and attorney, I can sincerely say the man does the job at a fair price with very comprehensive explanations. I highly recommend him to any homeowner or multifamily investor.
Will responded quickly over the 4th of July weekend and came to help us late on a Saturday afternoon. We recently bought this older house in the Upper Highlands and the AC system was faltering. He checked it out, replaced the condensation pump and gave me some pointers on how to extend the life of the system. Apparently nothing had been done to the system in many years. He cleaned the outdoor part of the system (said it had possibly never been hosed off and it is 20 years old. He got me up and running within 2 hours. He is an absolute professional and he fully explained everything he was doing as he did it. His invoice clearly spelled out exactly what he had done. I felt that he was very fair in what he charged and I would absolutely use his services again. It is his company and he holds himself to a high standard of customer service. He said that he will call me back in a few days to see if everything is working well. Will is great.
Quick Review Can't begin to tell you how impressed I am with the level of service and quality that I received from Will Noe at Air Services Comfort Solutions. He gave me an honest estimate on replacing my HVAC system that was right in line with the other 6 estimates I got. He also gave me a lot of information to help educate me about Heating and Air. He was the first person I called and Will stated that it was in my best interest to get a second opinion, also. Like most people when it comes to HVAC, I know nothing. But with the information that I received from Will Noe at his visit and shortly after he left and even days after. I was able to weed out at least 4 of the 6 estimates right off the bat leaving me three to select from. Ultimately, I choose Air Services Comfort Solutions and that's why I writing this review. The more I read online, the more I learned that one of the most important things about installing a new heating and air system, is the installer. Will is a one man team he is the owner and installer and he did come highly recommended from a friend. I found that most HVAC companies especially some of the major ones, you meet the sales person and not the installer. After talking to Will and reading over the information he sent to me with no obligations, it really helped me level the field when choosing a company to replace my units. Will, was meticulous about insuring my house stayed cleaned and my floors stayed unscathed, laying down drop sheets from the door and all the way down the stairs to the basement. But most importantly he was meticulous about installing my HVAC system, which I'm very pleased with, Air Services Comfort Solutions has exceeded all my expectations and that's hard to do. Air service comfort Solutions did offer a 7% discount if we paid in cash which we did, pay in cash. I had one of the other companies offer a 5% discount if we paid in cash. Will was thoughtful, courteous, and kept in communication with us from the time I made the appointment. Our system is very old, so he discussed a number of concerns with maintenance of an old system, and about the considerations for when I eventually transition to a newer system. When I do have to have a new one installed, I will hire him for the job. Have recommended him to friends.
Will Noe is the most competent HVAC person I have ever known. He offered us a competitive quote to install two new A/C units in our 90-year old home. He provided a substantial amount of information so we could make the right decision, and he told us we would qualify for a $500 rebate through our gas and electric company. Will worked tirelessly on our job and even worked on a Saturday at no extra charge. He kept us informed the entire time and was quick to respond to email and text messages. We are thrilled that he will be our HVAC guy going forward. A job well done.
