Paul Gerges is the man!!!! He knew what he was doing and I was glad to have him in my home. He fixed our clogged kitchen sink drain with ease. Great dude!!!
I called Absolute Services when our air went out. We first tried to go through our home warranty which were completely useless. So we reached out to Absolute- they responded immediately, Bailey was at our house in less than 2 hours, and an hour later we were back in business. We soooo appreciate the time, effort, responsiveness, and care given. Thank you again!
After a tree fell on our garage and our car was trapped due to the spring pole bending in half, Absolute Services was there within one hour of calling them. Jacob was so helpful and instantly knew how to solve the problem. We will also have to replace both doors and he was so helpful in our selection process. Thanks so much - we cannot wait to get the new garage doors.

Jacob H was great! Thorough and friendly. I sent an inquiry last night for repair and he was there by 8:30 the next morning. All the work was done within one hour.
We had our springs fail for the Garage and I called in Absolute services for getting it fixed. It was a real easy process and they sent in a technician 'Travis' to help and give us estimate. Travis was an absolute delight. He gave us a good rundown on what was needed and more than a few repair options. Once we agreed, we scheduled a time for the fix and Travis came back and fixed our springs within 20 mins. Now our garage is as good as new.
My garage door broke on July 4th weekend. My car was trapped because the door wouldn't rise and I couldn't lift it. I called them at 1 and they said they'd have someone there between 2-4. The technical had the problem fixed by 3. Four other places I called did not have availability and one didn't even call me back. Absolute's help was immediate. Mark was professional and knowledgable. I highly recommend them and will use them again.
Tim and CJ from Absolute Services traveled over 3hrs hours to put in my new unit. They did an awesome job on taking out my old central air unit and put the new central air unit in . I Was having central air with in 3hrs. These two gentlemen did amazing work!!! Very pleasant fellas. Thank you again!!! I would definitely call Absolute Services Again!!

Jacob, the technician that came to repair my garage door did a fantastic job of inspecting my door and explaining my options on getting it repaired. He was very personable and professional and had my door working like new in less than an hour. I would highly recommend both Jacob and Absolute Services.

Our garage door spring broke late Thursday. We called Absolute and they were able to get us on the schedule first thing Friday morning. The technician, Kevin, called when he was on his way. Right after the call, we got a text with his picture, for easy identification when he arrived. He fixed our door quickly, was very professional, and was pleasant to deal with. Highly recommend for any garage door need!
Jacob was great!! He showed up early (after calling to verify it was ok) and fixed a door I thought I would have to replace! He showed me three different pricing options beforehand and explained everything before he started working on it. Everything was fixed and made sure I was comfortable with the fix. I really appreciated it!!
I am a new homeowner and needed my HVAC/AC unit checked out because the air was not cooling/blowing cold. Bailey Spalding was my HVAC Technician and he went above and beyond to help me. First time he came out which was on a Monday could not even inspect the AC unit outside due to a "cage" around the unit that was not removable (thus telling me that the seller has NEVER had the unit yearly maintenance) since install, not a good sign). After I cut it off I asked specifically requested for Bailey to be my technician again because of his professionalism, empathy, knowledge, and honesty! He returned on the following Wednesday and it was some bad news for me. Even with getting home inspected before buying and due to the weather being under 65 degrees the inspector could not test the AC Unit only the furnace. Bailey of course not only told me my options and what was needed (from cleaning to some replacing of parts) he managed to get my AC Unit to work, and started blowing cold air to cool the house. That is what I needed and wanted because I will move into the home in a few days and it is essential to have AC during the summer months of Louisville. I am very grateful for the service that was provided to me by Bailey. I highly recommend Absolute Services, if I have any major home appliance issues they will be the first I call. Five stars just isn't enough to give! Thank you Bailey for all your help and generosity and understanding my situation.
Jay from Absolute Services was extremely professional, prompt and he provided a lot of low-pressure guidance that helped me decide on the appropriate product and service related to a garage door opener replacement. He installed a new garage door / springs about a year or so ago and was just as great to work with back then. This time around he replaced a worn-out 20+ year old garage door opener and rebalanced the door. He also provided lots of maintenance tips that I can perform to extend the life of the products. I highly recommend Absolute Services, and especially Jay!
Bailey Spalding was a life saver. I just moved into my home and noticed the AC wasn’t blowing out cold air. I called and within 2 hours they had sent Bailey. Within 5-10 minutes he had figured out the issue. Within an hour we had fixed the issue for about a third of what google said the price might be. Wonderful company to work with and a great guy. They get a great rating from me!
We had a block on our plumbing that was causing water to back up. We couldnt use shower or the toilet. But thankfully even on a saturday, the same day as the issue occurred, a fella by the name of Brandon was able to fit us in his schedule late on a saturday night and get our pipe unclogged and saved the day! He informed me he had only been there a few weeks and he was very professional and quick. I believe he has a bright future at Absolute services and i recommend this company to anyone!
First off all shout out to Steve Hutter for being an amazing tech and giving me all the information I needed for a possible new HVAC system without pushing and being super friendly and respectful. Then came the part of the sale which came to the corporate sales which were unbelievable pushy and kept trying to up-sale me when I only needed something to last for 5 years. They completely talked themselves out of a sale for being to pushy and up selling without even trying to match my needs of the 2 star unit and increased the price when I didn’t want the 3 star unit. I even told them what other companies offered me and still didn’t match that. Maybe try and let the tech give out the quotes not the corporate. Thanks.
