Matt and Caleb arrived on time…on a Saturday for full install. Very courteous and mannerly. Protected house with plastic on carpet. Explained the work and instructed on system. Great experience!

I called today and within 2 or 3 hours they arrived and fixed the problem so we have air again. I can't thank them enough for all they did.

Though there was some miscommunication (likely on my part) Mark Robertson came to check my new unit and though he didn’t have a new filter on him because he thought he was coming to do a repair, he was AMAZING and I actually learned some things about hvac from him. He took the time to explain how they work and how to help keep them running smoothly. My unit doesn’t work nearly as much or as hard as my old unit, saving a lot of money! We can all use that nowadays! Thanks Mark, and A+Derr! I’ll be using you again for replacement of units at my house too! I am redacting some of this due to scheduling. They have been at the least 2 hours before their appointment window time. I had to have a breaker changed because the state inspection required it. The tech showed up 4 hours early. I was home thankfully. I said something to the tech and he said he had a bunch of “notes” he didn’t know what was going on. I can only imagine that I had notes stating I wasn’t home (in previous scheduled visits) & I’m an awful client. Then I wanted to have units bid on and installed in rentals and they want to come bid again at minimum 2 hours early. I don’t live at the rentals so I won’t be there waiting. The gal said she would bring it up to her “team” after I mentioned my previous experiences. We all have things going on and while I’m happy they’re ready and willing to work, they also need to understand that time is money for EVERYONE! Being 2-4 hours early is just as bad as being 2-4 hours late. If a window of a couple hours is given then I expect someone in that window, not the 2-4 hours prior. Everything else has been great with them but seems like the scheduling software or the people using it needs some help with it. June 23, 2023 After some small bumps in financing for mini split units for a rental my business partner & I own, we ironed things out and just had them installed today! Highly recommend! Stephen and Jordan did an amazing job and went over all the basics on the equipment

The work was done correctly and efficiently. The technician that I had, Jordan, was upfront and answered all of my questions. Now my new ductwork makes my HVAC system much more efficient.
Came out right away and was on Lafonzo came out for maintenance inspection. Very polite. Did a great job. Very good about making sure things are done properly and always cleaning up when done.
Jeremiah was at my home to do a A/C system check that I have them come for heating check later. Jeremiah is an outstanding young man. He was very knowledgeable and answered all my question We talked about a new energy replacement system, water heater and vent cleaning. I will get back with him soon.

Recently had a new HVAC system installed. Overall, I had a good experience with this company from the sales advisor (Brad Crabtree) to the service technicians (Jordan and Matt (x2)). The service took longer than expected but it was in a crawl space and there was a lot for the technicians to navigate. I appreciate each members kindness and willing to explain the process of installation. So far, the system works great!
