It truly is a *privilege* to have Richmond Brothers as my HVAC service. In the past couple of years, they have installed three AC units and, three heating units for my complicated, 5,500 sq ft, historical home. Important: their quotes have been at least 30% lower than the others' "estimates"--Richmond Brothers sticks to their quote, even if the scope of the installation expands beyond well-reasoned and calculated expectations.

They were great to work with they always took care of my problem for a reasonable price. Always took care of me in 1 day. I would recommend them to everyone.
Price won our bid. There were delays, but Covid probably had something to do with it. The crew doing the installation was considerate. There was a problem with the drain line. Someone came back to fix it but realized they didn't have a part needed to complete the job. They never returned. We called back and someone came over to complete the job. This person was not part of the installation crew. That person also found that other work on the system had not been completed properly. They fixed it. Since, the system has worked just fine.
