Dustin was great and I didn’t feel like he tried to sell me anything. He also wanted me there watching and tried to show me proof of what the problem was and what he was doing so I knew what was going on and didn’t just have to go off of his word. Great strat! Would recommend.

I really enjoyed dealing with this company. They are professionals and knowledgeable. They arrived on time. They text and keep you in the loop and answer any questions you might have. Customer care is quality and I would recommend them to anyone. 5/13/2023.. Update..I would give ten stars if I could. We had an issue with our unit, it stopped cooling. They were out within 2 hours, on a weekend, 7pmish and took care of it. The tech new exactly what happened. He got it cooling again but still wasn't satisfied with what he had done but didn't want to keep us from doing what we needed to do. He said he would come back and fine tune it more. Today 5/16/2023, his partner came by to check and put the final maintenance on it. They are super nice and accommodating, customer oriented. I had forgotten they were supposed to come back, but they didn't. Stellar customer service!!!

We’ve owned this house since 1995 and seen heat and air people come and go, but this was the best service we’ve ever had in Lexington, Very Professional and affordable! Great work and explanation
Dustin and the whole crew at Watson Heating and Air are phenomenal. Dustin went above and beyond to fix my 15 year old unit, taking the time to clean parts no other service person (company) would do. He is honest and respected the fact it was a bad time for me to have to pay for a new system. He was honest, which lead me to trust him a year later when he suggested that we seriously think about and new system and suggested we do it before December, the height of the crazy heating and air service of old units going out. I am so glad I listened to him, because right when the 5 degrees record cold was being given, my neighbor’s unit caught on fire (wires and electrical panel in upstairs unit started smoking and melting) which caused smoke to be blown throughout the house and quit working. This was my neighbors 2nd unit in 15 years and we were still on our first unit before I followed Dustin’s advice. We had no problems and the new BOSH unit is super quiet and efficient. My sister actually saved money on her energy bills this winter. It was a win/win. We had the confidence nothing was going to break down on us at the worst time, as every unit I have had has went out at the absolutely height of summer, and we saved money on our bills as well. The new BOSH unit is so quiet, that you can stand beside it and have a regular conversation with someone. You can’t hear it if it is outside your window; it is awesome!!! I am glad I trusted and went with Dustin’s recommendation. The whole crew is awesome. I will not use anyone else. I am more than likely going to beg them to come to TN when I need a unit at my house. Dustin and the whole crew are just as professional and trustworthy as it gets. They are my go to for all things heating and air. Travis C.
I really appreciate the owner, technicians and workers worked late into the night installing my heating and cooling system in my new home. When problems arose they were quick to get a technician here to figure out the problem new part (no charge for the part or the service call) and the system works like a charm!
