Moore HVAC came highly recommended from a family member who had a unit replaced last summer. Matt himself took my call, and knowing our A/C wasn’t functioning going into a hot weekend, got us on the schedule for first thing the following morning. Our technician, Austin, arrived promptly at the time provided, assessed the situation, informed us of our options, quoted the fix, ordered the parts, and returned to fix our issue that very same afternoon. Impeccable service, extremely professional, and clearly, very efficient. They even checked our other unit to insure its functionality as well. Will be recommending to family and friends. Austin (our HVAC technician today) was extremely professional. He explained the process and shared additional information related to our heating unit and home needs outside the general inspection. The company was extremely responsive and quick to visit our home to address our needs. Would recommend and use again.
I have used Moore HVAC both in the middle of summer during and emergency and now to replace our AC system leading into summer. They have always been extremely professional, on-time and very clear on the communication of expectations. I would encourage anyone to at least reach out and give them a chance for your Heating and HVAC needs.
They promptly responded to our call when our furnace went out. After determining the problem and explaining our options, we decided to replace the unit (13 years old) rather than repairing it. The work was done efficiently in less than the time estimated. Moore's replaced our air conditioner two years ago and did a great job. We have been very pleased with Moore's service and would highly recommend them.

My wife and I received two quotes after needing to replace one of the two units at our home. Matt and his team not only beat a competitors price by a significant amount, but were able to install everything a few days sooner than the competitor, while installing top of the line equipment. I just would like to say that they are very professional and very knowledgeable very helpful. We had electrical issues couple of months ago we go to turn our air conditioner on and two days ago and realize that air conditioner was not working, Austin came out took a look realized unbeknownst to us that our wires were crossed in our breaker panel. So Austin was able to inform us on our next step I’m taking care of the problem. We had our electrician come out got our breaker box fixed and our air conditioner is running perfectly. Matt Moore is very professional he had a cancellation yesterday and sent Austin out right away. I would highly recommend Moore Hvac to anyone who is having issues with their air conditioning duct system thermostat issues heating issues. A true blessing so thank you again Matt and Austin for your services!!!!!!!

THANK YOU Matt Moore and Moore HVAC. Woke up this morning to NO heat. Not a good feeling right before Christmas. By 3PM today they had me up and running. Professional, courteous and HONEST.
I cannot recommend Matt and his team highly enough. We waited a couple of years to make this investment after our furnace was mandatorily shut off due to carbon monoxide emissions because we didn’t have the budget to replace it. For that reason, there was a lot of anticipation with this job and we talked to two other contractors for weeks before contacting Matt. He completed the work at the same price point within one week of receiving our call—unreal! The quality of his customer service and communication surpassed any experience we had prior. I’m not sure how he runs such an efficient operation while texting back and forth and keeping us perfectly in the loop all the way on the west coast (we currently manage our home remotely as a rental). Thank you for the 5-star experience, Matt and team!
They replaced the Central air and heating systems in my house. Matt and technicians were very professional, on time, informative, and no hidden surprises in regards to the cost. I highly recommend them!!
Matt was awesome! Did exactly what he said they would do in the time frame given. He replaced both interior and exterior units in record time in my opinion. Communication from the beginning was perfect. They left our house as clean as it was when they arrived even tho it was pouring rain that day. If you’re on the fence about using Moore HVAC to do anything, jump on over that fence and hire them. You won’t be disappointed. Thanks Matt!

Matt Moore came out to my house after my AC went out. He and his team worked quickly and had my AC working very quick! Will use them for any and all AC work I need done!
As a female ,often feel uneasy about dealing with any service repairs. Sometimes feel like men get the truer picture of what is necessary or needed. I did not feel that way at all with Moore HVAC. Service was great! Put my mind at ease, talked me through options with no pressure . Price was so much more reasonable than a previous quote from another company. I will definitely use them in the future and would refer them to anyone.
