I have worked with this company several times and have initially had very positive results. However, this winter they installed a new air handler and emergency pan in my attic. This spring when the AC turned on the unit started filling the emergency drain pan/line instead of going out the main drain line. M&M was quick to come out to look at it, but were unable to fix the problem. They have said they know how to fix it and will come back to do so, but repeated calls over the past few months have gone unanswered. - editing this post on 7/27/2018. M & M answered my call this week, fixed the problem with the drain lines / unit and were very apologetic about the delayed response.

My air conditioning went out. The pump was working but no air was coming out. I called Bryant first. The guy said the coil needed to be replaced. Cost, $4500.00 I called M & M for a second opinion. They came out the next day. Ice was blocking the air flow. They also cleaned out some debris and added a small amount of freon. That's all it took and cost $142.00! Do yourself a favor and save a ton of money...Call M & M first! They are so friendly too!
