LMS has been my go-to HVAC service company for many years, for both my personal home and rental property that I've owned. Fred and his team are extremely responsive and provide great service.
Terrible. Jake came out for an estimate for our air conditioner that wasn't working properly. I was given a $1300 quote. My husband wanted a second quote and the 2nd guy fixed the air conditioner that evening for $300. I tried contacting the boss and he never returned my call. It's been over a week and my air is nice and cool. He didn't just put a bandaid on, he fixed it. I'm upset I was going to be ripped off by $1000 most likely because I'm a female. Well, not only have they lost a customer, I will tell everyone not to use them, or at least not send Jake to thier house.
Lexington Mechanical Service Inc. was there when our cooling system went out over the hot summer. We were so grateful for the expertise and friendliness of this company. Lexington Mechanical Service was such a pleasure to deal with!
They replaced our air condition. They were friendly & helpful. They have checked back in with us after the job was done!
