The entire experience was pleasant with this company. Called after 5 pm and was informed someone could come look the next day around noon and Tim texted by 11 to say he was on the way. He diagnosed the issue quickly quoted a price and then was able to complete the repair. The entire process was completed in 2 hours and the invoice was exactly what was quoted. Tim was knowledgeable and most definitely recommend this company and will reach out to them with any future issues we may have. I dont think there was any part of this experience that could have been any better than the service that was provided.
I am a real estate agent and am very happy to hear from clients about their great service. One of my clients used them last summer when she couldn't get anyone else to respond and was extremely pleased. She said they were very caring and reasonably priced as well.
Mr Jackson came out on a holiday to make sure my elderly parents got air conditioning fast. He is honest and cares about people. The Murphy family highly recommends them!

Called for ac problem...they showed up in 10 mins and diagnosed the problem in few minutes. They had the part need on truck and had me up and running in half hour. Very reasonable price as well.
Called on 7-4-17 and explained that 2 companies had taken all of my money without fixing my air conditioner and asked if I could pay the $85 service fee when I paid the bill for fixing my air conditioner and the woman agreed and said they'd be at my house between 2:30-3:00 the next day. I had to go out of town that day and rushed myself to death to make it home by 2:30 and then choked my lunch down and waited and waited.... Finally at 3:30 she calls and tells me because it had rained they wouldn't be coming to me even though it didn't rain a drop at my house. She said they'd come the next day, but couldn't give me a timeframe. I told her I wasn't going to sit home all day and could they call when they were on the way, she agreed. The next day I was at the groomers when she called and I told her I'd be home in 20 minutes. I again rushed to make it home and again waited... I finally called her at 1:00 and asked if I missed him, she said no that he stopped for lunch which I would have liked, but I didn't eat because I kept thinking he was coming. I then asked her if they gave a senior discounts which would be for my 84 year old mom who had advanced Parkinson's and was in a wheelchair because the other companies had given one, she said she'd ask her husband. She said that her husband had Parkinson's and they'd never given one before, I told her that his Parkinson's couldn't be too bad since he was the one coming to work on the air conditioner. She then disputed that we knew the woman that recommended them! She hung up and called me back and said she talked to her husband and since I wasn't paying for the service call and asking for a discount, they decided not to come!!!! I told her that she had agreed to be paid for the service call when I paid after they fixed my air and all she had to do was say no to the senior citizen discount and that she should be Ashamed of herself keeping people waiting for almost 3 days without air and leading them on that they were coming,
