Called for appointment this morning to check AC unit. Matt Barbour was here at 12:15 PM Matt throughly checked AC unit to avoid replacement. End result is replacing 25+ year old unit which was time. Matt was very professional and courteous. We will continue to use them in the future. Highly recommend!!
We had a stopped up kitchen sink, & Logan came on a Saturday to unstop it. It took a while as it had been draining very slow for a few months, therefore it needed lots of work! It was on an emergency basis, & it was overtime work & we spent a lot, but it was well worth it!
Fixed the problem so quickly and was courteous, pleasant and knows his stuff.

In the last 2 weeks Greebox Heating air and plumbing Heating air and plumbing Have done several repairs at my home. One was replacing a hope HVAC heating unit and the other was a plumbing repair. Both repairs were done professionally reasonably and promptly.
Dawson, Nathaniel and Jordan were timely, extremely polite and neat. They kept me informed with what they were doing. They cleaned up after themselves. They didn’t leave until we were comfortable working the new system ourselves. Highly recommend these men with Green Box for all your HVAC needs.
Tech charged me $99 to tell me my AC needed a recharge of freon. Stated there was a leak in the system somewhere but didn't even look. The issue was in my evaporator coil in my crawl space and the tech never even looked at it. I feel I did not get the service I paid for. As he was about to leave he also quoted me an outrageous number for a recharge. No thank you and I'm not using greenbox again.
Using Greenbox is a great experience. They came when expected and did a great job. JD, the service technician, was knowledgeable, relatable, efficient and reliable. He explained things to me what he had performed. I like Greenbox a lot and highly recommend them.

We had water dripping through the ceiling from our A/C. The technician, Braden, did an in-depth and very thorough analysis of the system and soon found that a defective valve at the evaporator coil was the problem. Plus he found that the parts that need replacement are still covered by warranty. We are very happy with the service we received from GreenBox, we got competent support the same day we called!
Kendall Young is outstanding. He really knows his stuff when it comes to Geothermal units. He immediately recognized the problem and took no time to fix it. I've dealt with him on other occasions. He is very personable and I learned a lot from him. Green Box has two outstanding technicians, Kendall Young and Seth Morrison.
