Had Jason as my HVAC tech. About a month ago during the heat wave my AC would stop working and the house would get up to 88+ degrees. Jason came and fixed an issue on an older AC unit. After this current heat wave my house stayed nice and cool. Jason performed a really complicating repair quickly and was very professional. Would 100% recommend using Jason for your next HVAC need.
Service and technician were punctual, as promised. Technician was courteous, knowledgeable, and capable. I'll know more six months to a year from now to tell if repairs were successful.
Quick and efficient. Had some areas of damage to the stairwell trim and handrail, but I suppose that would be expected. Asked for the thermostat that was replaced with the new one, to be moved downstairs to replace the older one. Was just told how to do it myself.
So grateful to have a very experienced HVAC person. The tech Rick was awesome and exceeded beyond expectations! Very easy to understand and had my AC fixed in an extremely timely fashion. The H2O Maestro technician, Joshua, was very courteous, explained things thoroughly, gave an array of options and was friendly and professional. I highly recommend his work and H2O Maestro for anyone who has plumbing needs.
David replaced a blown low voltage fuse then was able to see that fuse blow, identifying a short in the system. Tearing apart the blower unit showed no visible shorts, checking thermostat connections showed no visible short, disconnected outdoor unit and tore it apart, still no visible shorts inside outdoor unit. Noticed insulation had chew marks, found short inside the wall where mice had attacked.
Contacted Fayette Heating and Air for a quote on a Generac generator. We were pleasantly surprised to have a representative, Will Isom, come to our home the same day. Will was professional, assessed our situation and provided several options for us to consider. He took the time to answer our questions and did not press us for a quick decision. We were very pleased with our interaction.

I appreciated that Jim was on-time, professional, and took minimal time to diagnose my a/c problem. Perhaps most importantly, he didn’t try to sell me additional add-one or services. He fixed my problem and was clear in his explanation.
Zach was here early, after he checked to make sure that would work with my schedule. He was efficient and explained everything to me, from best case to worst case scenario, thankfully it was best case scenario. He took care of the problem and got my house cool again!
After having a unit installed The next day, it began to leak condensation all over the ceiling of my attic. One guy came to a Repair it 4 hours later, it's leaking again to even worse. Not to mention that they never Put the stripping back on my attic Door Correctly.
I am very happy with the service. James was very professional and walked me though all the details. I look forward to working with the company and James again on future needs.
