Larry Higgins confirmed the problem that I thought had caused the leak in my guest bathroom and found another one. He fixed everything after returning to the shop for a part he didn’t have on the truck. He also checked the apartment below mine, which had received the leaked water, both before making the repairs in my bathroom and afterwards. I am a satisfied customer, and my neighbor is happy to have a dry bathroom again.

He arrived at about 1120 and told me what needed to be prepared and told me the total. He said he had everything he needed in his truck. He went out to get it and returned 1 HOUR LATER. By then I had called the company who said the dispatcher was unable to locate him and that he may have gone to get supplies or parts. I told them he said he had everything he needed in his truck. The company said they would call me back after they figured out where he was. They never called back. Like I said an hour later he came back like he had only been gone for a few minutes and never acknowledged the issue. He completed the repair pretty quickly but this situation was very strange.

Realized that I can't trust you and I have wasted three days waiting for you. I will try to find someone else and share my experience with your company.
