Technician showed up on time and was prepared to do the work scheduled. He was polite, professional and efficient. Assured me the water heater was in good working order after servicing and inspection.

Larry Higgins confirmed the problem that I thought had caused the leak in my guest bathroom and found another one. He fixed everything after returning to the shop for a part he didn’t have on the truck. He also checked the apartment below mine, which had received the leaked water, both before making the repairs in my bathroom and afterwards. I am a satisfied customer, and my neighbor is happy to have a dry bathroom again.

Their technicians are highly skilled and personable and they are committed to getting the job done efficiently to keep the cost and inconvenience to the customer as little as possible. This was our second experience with this company, and both were pleasant surprises.

We would have used this business’s services but over the course of 2 days they did not return our calls or answer our questions. Over tha to period of time, we decided to get a second quote and are glad we did. We saved money, had our problem solved quickly, and all questions promptly answered. It paid us to shop around.
He arrived at about 1120 and told me what needed to be prepared and told me the total. He said he had everything he needed in his truck. He went out to get it and returned 1 HOUR LATER. By then I had called the company who said the dispatcher was unable to locate him and that he may have gone to get supplies or parts. I told them he said he had everything he needed in his truck. The company said they would call me back after they figured out where he was. They never called back. Like I said an hour later he came back like he had only been gone for a few minutes and never acknowledged the issue. He completed the repair pretty quickly but this situation was very strange.
We were pleased with the job that Mark Mitchell and his assistant did in removing all galvanized pipes and replacing them with PEX at our house. They started and finished the work when promised and did quality work. What more could you ask for?
Chris came on time with a colleague and patiently interacted with my home warranty upon request. I was able to leave him in my home while I went to take an exam with no worries. He completed quality work, left a clean space afterwards, and was very responsive the entire time. Thank you Chris Moss!

Realized that I can't trust you and I have wasted three days waiting for you. I will try to find someone else and share my experience with your company.
