I was extremely disappointed with the service. It is sad that there are companies trying to rip people off that have sustained so much damage from the storm. We were without air conditioning and due to the water damage inside, we have humidifiers and fans. Our temperature upstairs registered 101 degrees and downstairs it was 91 degrees. We needed a quick fix. The young man that came out to check it said it was low on Freon and it would cost $500 per pound. We called another company and it was down 4 lbs. That company replaced the Freon for a total of $550. Our home is a war zone inside and out and it is very sad that they would try to take advantage of it.

Had a leak from the AC which was running downstairs at midnight, they quickly came out the next morning to Georgetown! Professional, kind, took credit cards and wasn’t absurdly expensive. Saved in my phone book for any future issues. Thank you!
Comfort is always great to work with, they get your scheduled quickly and show up on time. Bryan came out and gave us a quote and was very professional and helpful. Then the install team was here the next day and Frank and Cody were awesome! They had everything don’t a little ahead of schedule and did a great job cleaning up afterwords.

We have been using this company for several years now and can't imagine switching to another company. Chris has been our technician from the start and is always professional, friendly, and efficient. He always explains our options clearly and helps us make the best decisions. The system we purchased from them is excellent.
On time, got the unit installed even though it was raining. Professional and very helpful and friendly. Would recommend.
Let’s start at the beginning. We purchased a new home and needed to fix or replace one unit. Comfort quoted us for 2 furnaces and 1 ac unit. We confirmed they would use our home insurance “old republic” and work with this insurance for our purchase. We spent $11,000 with comfort and SHOULD HAVE received $6000 from insurance. After a whole year of trying, begging and visiting comfort (for them to correspond with our insurance) NOTHING. Then all of the sudden they “changed their system” and all our info was lost so.. we did not receive any relief from the insurance company. During that time, we had to call 10+ times for work on a furnace they installed. They blamed an installer, the nest systems, etc. it’s still is not the best functioning furnace. Honestly, this company is very frustrating. We had an emergency call outage, they came to look and said “it’s frozen, nothing I can do” Called a Different company they came out and FIXED IT IMMEDIATELY! Needless to say, we won’t be using comfort ever again. After Two years of struggle and let down, that’s it for us.
