Quality work, excellent people, couldn't ask for anything else.
All Trades is professional and trustworthy. Both A/C units stopped working in our home when the weather was unbearably hot and humid. All Trades responded to our home within hours of the notification and was able to promptly fix the issue in a timely manner. Was expecting to have to buy a new unit due to the maturity of our units, but the staff worked diligently on fixing our units to save us in cost. Would highly recommend this company. Honest and professional. They even followed up with us to make sure our units were performing properly. Will use this company again for any further needs.
I needed some plumbing repairs, faucets leaking, etc and called this vendor as i had used them for repairs made in the past, I was happy with the repair that the technician completed, he was on time, thorough, explained everything in detail for all the repairs completed. When I received the invoice, although it was high, both labor and parts were over $600, but without notice and to my surprise, a $25 "fuel charge" was added to the invoice. I called the office to attempt to obtain an adjustment for this, I only live 7 miles from the business office and just thought that was a high amount, understanding fuel is $4 per gallon, but it didn't take 6 gallons to go round trip to/from my home, but the owner wouldn't budge, said it wasn't just fuel, but was maintenance to the vehicle, tools, supplies, etc, etc. Then he went on to tell me how hard it is to find employees, etc, etc. I told the owner that I could understand perhaps a $5 fuel charge, but $25? We ending the call with me stating that I would likely not use him again and he kept saying if he lost a customer over a $25 fuel charge so be it......I guess I should have asked for an estimate prior to their arrival, but I trusted this business based on a past repair, I guess customer loyalty means nothing these days.....thus the 3 stars.........
I have been using All Trades almost monthly for an apartment building over the last 2 years and have ALWAYS had a great experience with all their employees. Everyone is very professional and knowledgeable. Their technicians are scheduled promptly, are great at communicating, and always solve my issues. I would be lost without this company!
