The technician came a day ahead of schedule which is always nice and by listening to a strange sound that I had recorded, he was able to diagnose the problem with my AC right away. Very professional and friendly. AirTech put in our AC and heating unit and we are so happy with it! I would recommend AirTech to anyone who wants quality service.
What a great experience. First off, I contacted a big company, who originally gave me a price that I thought was high. So a good friend told me to call Air Tech, Inc. I called, and they priced it $5000 cheaper than the big company. They scheduled the install around my time-frame, and completed two HVAC system installs in one work day. Furthermore, I had mentioned some areas withing the ventilation ducts that were seperated and leaking air. I asked what they recommended to fix it. They told me, but fixed it themselves anyway. Very professional group. I highly recommend this company.
This is most honest and reasonable service company in town. They are responsive, professional and honest. Will definitely be using them to replace my system within the next two years.
Owner is a good guy. Makes sure the job gets done right the first time. Makes people feel like they made the right choice and to tell their friends to call Air Tech if they need their system fixed or replaced.
I use Air Tech because they are locally owned, honest and very professional. The techs are always completely honest with me during Spring and Fall maintenance even when they could take advantage of a situation and make more money. That fact alone is why I continue to use them.

I needed a new system so I got several quotes. I went with Rusty and his guys and I am glad I did. I always took pride in my work and his guys do too. They were very polite and efficient in getting the job done. I have a compromised health situation and they were very considerate of that and wore mask. I love the new system that Rusty suggested to help me with my health issues. These guys are the best and I give them all a thumbs up and I'm a perfectionist. The warranty is great that usually comes with a good product though,
We were considering a whole system replacement based on feedback from other HVAC companies and the fact we didn't have heat - even though our original issue was a noisy AC unit. Rusty came to quote the new system but said it was odd our heat wouldn't be running. He sent a tech out and found the capacitor in our heating unit unwired. Our heat is back on courtesy of Air Tech and they're replacing the motor in our AC unit for hundreds of dollars vs. the whole system for thousands.
When I asked the technician if he had a mask and gloves he could wear into our home, he yelled “sadly, I do” to me in a rude and dismissive way. If you’re at all interested in a company that makes an active commitment to keeping customers safe during the pandemic, I would highly recommend continuing your search to an organization that takes these precautions seriously.
These guys are so great. First off, they care. That goes a long way with me. No sales tap dance, honest straight to the point diagnostics and realistic options to resolve the issues. They ended up replacing my system and the process was so easy and required so little of me that I called them thinking I had missed something. They have earned a long time customer and spokesperson.

Very pleased with my entire experience with them from scheduling the appointment, the heads call that they were on the way to my house, to service I received from Master Tech Adam. Very Honest and Straight with me about my 2006 Ameristar unit. I will definitely call in them again!

Air Tech just put in a new hvac in my house yesterday. It was a great price, and they did a fantastic job. Even did all the prep work on day one (of 2) so that we weren't without heat overnight (the old unit was still functioning, just very old). I would absolutely recommend them.
I have had the great fortune to know the owner of Air Tech, Rusty Kirby, most of my life; I grew up next door to him. I always admired his passions, and they were obvious: He was an incredibly caring parent, an avid hot-rod fan, and a very hard working technician. I never imagined that we’d be working on projects together 20 years later. He has serviced all of my business and personal HVAC needs marvelously, but I have one, beyond 5 star story, that should be shared. 8 years ago, while I was just settling into my business, I ran into an acquaintance from a previous occupation I had known well. Her son-in-law and her were Thanksgiving shopping in Meijer, as was I, and when I saw them, I gave them a big smile and a jolly “great to see you” but they were unable to respond with such delight. Looking closely at my old friend, I could see she had the look of a woman who has been crying for months. Being a direct person, I immediately ask what going on, wondering why they look so pitiful? She shares with me her 28-year-old daughter (not shopping) is terminally ill with an inoperable tumor wrapped around her intestines. I was in such shock. How horrible... but there was more. Her sick daughter was living with and the caretaker for my friend’s mother, so her grandmother, and while she was suddenly hospitalized, her grandma had no one to care for her and the state took over her elderly care and estate, so my friend's daughter was now homeless on top of sick, and was forced into living/dying in her mother’s house having no where else to go. “And it gets worse…” the husband/son-in-law says. “The heat went out in the house and we can’t afford to fix it, so we are just freezing. Nothing to be thankful for this Thanksgiving.” We spent a couple more minutes together and all I could do was apologize over and over for all they’d been through.
