My AC unit was out and have contacted Advantage Air for the repair. They are very professional and responsive in answering all of my questions/concerns. Plus, they gave me a really good deal with a quality product/service. Def will do business with them again
Tyler was the tech and he was amazing. He was personable and knowledgeable and saved us a HUGE repair. They worked us in the day after I called too. Also the whole staff was gracious and reassuring. You should really use this company.
My husband and I are extremely pleased with Advantage Air, Lexington. They're prompt, efficient, tried to fix our 60 yo unit before installing new system. Everyone we've spoken to or dealt with are always nice and professional. Would highly recommend them!!
They came out to do an estimate and I decided to go with them and therefore put down a deposit with their technician Justin, he did not save any receipts, I spoke with the owner Ron and the only response I have been able to get is either I’ll get back with you tomorrow or we’ll be there next week. Now they’re saying it will be 2 more weeks out after I had already paid for a service I was told would be done by the end of last week. Terrible service and awful management
I have used Advantage Air for a couple of years now and they are just so incredible to work with. They respond quickly, their service personnel are really helpful and they give you great tips on how you can maintain your equipment yourself and potentially avoid service calls in the future. The prices are reasonable and I just can't say enough good things about the quality of their service. I will be a long time customer.
Great company. Nice service technician. Fast, easy repair without trying to up sell me. Called on a Friday evening at 5:30 and it was fixed before 7:30 no problem
After my AC went out, I contacted my home warranty company. They finally set someone out to look at my issue and discovered that my coils had blown. Long story short, after 2 weeks of dealing with them, I turned to Advantage Air. They responded quickly, within a day, and diagnosed the problem. They ordered my parts, installed them and had me up and running within a few days. After they left, I discovered the drain pipe was leaking in my garage. I called Advantage Air and they came to my rescue. They fixed the drain pipe for free. In the following days, I discovered that the drain pipe was not discharging outside my house. Again, Advantage Air came out and diagnosed the problem. As before, they did not charge for their visit. My drain pipe was disconnected on the outside of my house. I fixed that problem myself. I highly recommend Ron and his group and will use them again.

These guys are great. Quick response times, returns phone calls quickly. We used them yesterday and were blown away with how awesome and efficient Justin was. As we all know, losing your air conditioning on the hottest days of the year is the worst. They came out and had us up and running in less than an hour. Awesome work ethic. They wore masks and kept them on for everyone's peace of mind.
Very professional company with both knowledgeable an professional techs. Had my AC working in 10 minutes. Yes they wore masks an shoe covers which I greatly appreciated. Will definitely call Advantage Air if Lexington again!!
I wanted to wait a month to see how things went before writing a review, and so far no problems with the new unit. They were efficient and the price was the best of the 5 companies that I called. They didn't have a specialized salesperson (someone came and took a look, called into the office and got a bid) nor a fancy pdf of the bid. But they did a good job at a good price.

Great work, great price. Had a consult Thursday for a full replacement inside and out ($600-$800 cheaper than the other 2 bids I received elsewhere) and they showed up Monday and had it done within a few hours. Couldn't be happier with the service.
Justin got my heat working fast. Found the problem in less than 5 mins and finished the repair in less than 15. Awesome service!

Advantage Air has taken care of our units for a while now. They have always taken care of us the same day or the first thing the next morning. We called Tuesday and Tyler was at our house Tuesday afternoon and worked until the problem was resolved. They always take care to make sure their shoes are covered, messes cleaned up. I wont think twice about who to call the next time.
