Our AC went out Friday and they had someone to come out early Saturday afternoon to fix the problem for us. Kyle was super helpful and knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend using air support for all your HVAC needs!
In short, stop reading this and call them now if you need service. I highly recommend this company. In long, best experience ever with this type of business. Excellent customer and technical service. Kyle, came out next day on time and quickly identified the problem, followed by repairs. They did a full inspection and cleaning where needed. I couldn't be more pleased with the service.
I had Air Support out to fix my AC. The unit wouldn’t keep up. They came out timely, diagnosed a bad Contactor and cleaned the outdoor coil. Very affordable, responsive, and professional. I would highly recommend them. I will be using them in the future.
Air support put in a ductless mini split in my sun room. Incredibly quiet, efficient, and works so much better than the window unit. They offer a 12 year parts warranty on their ductless. Much better warranty than the other quotes I got. Very quality work as well. I highly recommend these guys.
Very impressed. Was able to receive same day service and on a holiday. Zach was wonderful, very knowledgeable and quickly diagnosed the problem and was able to replace the needed part on the spot. I would highly recommend Air Support!!
Air Support is the best! Kyle rocks!! He was professional, personable, and extremely knowledgeable. He completed a very thorough inspection and cleaning of our AC units. He identified potential issues and discussed ways to address them, including photos to illustrate his points. Excellent visit! I give Air Support my highest recommendation!

Dalton and his crew at Air Support were AMAZING! Had an issue with our 21 yr old AC unit the Friday of Memorial Day weekend. Dalton came out himself after hours at no additional charge to repair our old AC. While here, he gave us quotes on a new dual fuel AC unit, dual fuel AC/Furnace combo, and dual fuel inverter AC/Furnace combo (inverter because we have solar panels on the home…helps to be more efficient in conjunction with solar ). He was very knowledgeable and came highly recommended. Said if we were to use him for new HVAC within 30 days, he would apply our repair cost to the install bill as a credit. Dalton was great about following up without being pushy. Within this past month, we got four additional quotes from referred HVAC company and nothing or no one could compare to Dalton and his company. The final week of our 30 days to make a decision, Dalton reached out to let us know there was a manufacturer discount that week only for the inverter combo, saving even more money! Sold! Financing was a breeze with many options to choose from. Scheduling and install happened within 3 days. Everything was on time. Dalton and the co-owner stayed all day with two others from their crew. Dressed in uniform. Vinyl wrapped company vehicles. Laid cloth runners down and wore shoe coverings. Amazing cleanup jobs after themselves…many contractors should take note. Extremely professional. We asked them to relocate the new AC unit to the other side of the fence/house and get it out of the backyard where we intend to put a hard scape one day. They cleaned up the ground around the new unit and patched all the holes on the house from the old unit (now we need to paint!) The inverter is small, QUIET…OMG, SO QUIET, and the furnace is also quiet. We couldn’t tell that the air was actually running inside! All the line work for the furnace was meticulously ran and looked very neat and clean. Air Support offers one of the best warranties around! HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!

Kyle was incredibly helpful and professional, and did a great job of explaining everything about what we needed and how things worked. Only one star deducted because their price came in much higher than others.
We are lucky to have these guys. They will shoot you straight and point in the right direction. Not out to get your money. Kyle came by and went over my entire system with me, gave me the honest truth, and left my unit looking better.
Dalton went out of his way to squeeze us in for a quick diagnostic and refrigerant refill on the weekend. We'll likely be using his services for a full system change out due to our AC's age and are very happy with the level of service he has provided so far. Highly recommend!
AC went down at 4:00 on a Friday afternoon.Took a chance on calling Air Support Heating, never heard of them but they were close. Dalton answered my call, came straight over and didn't leave until he was finished at 9:00pm. Very professional and took pride in his career. He is not cheap but I think he treated us fairly! If you're looking for a "getter done" kind of guy, Dalton is your man.
Great experience with a Company that values their customers. I was impressed with their expertise and ability to communicate system functions clearly. Really believe they have pride in their work and wanted what was best for me.
Kyle did an amazing job on the maintenance of our hvac system. He also found another issue and went over all of the options that were available to solve the problem. He was very knowledgeable and took his time. We are definitely going to be using Air Support for all of our HVAC needs in the future!
A/C stopped working over the weekend with temperatures reaching 90. Company was responsive, professional, and provided an explanation with pictures of issue. Provided a solution that wasn’t “buy a new system” and got my system working quickly.
My HVAC went out last night and today we are back in business. Zach was fantastic and fixed us right back up. He showed up about 3 hours after I called him. Will use them again for all my HVAC needs!!
