Very professional! Takes the time to talk to you and explain the process of what needs to be fixed. Air went out, 87 degrees in the house, and fixed in the same day! Wow!!

I've had a few plumbing issues come up recently and the plumbers knew what was going on and explained every step. I appreciate the office calls when they are on the way.
We called for service due to storm damage. They were quick to respond and send a person to our home. The service tech was very polite and helpful in getting our AC back up and running.

Hot water tank went out on a Friday. We couldn't find anyone to even come to the house let alone anyone to replace it. OnTime sent Jay out to the house same day, and then he installed the next day (Saturday) without any extra charges. Jay was very professional and did a great, clean job on the install. I would recommend them to anyone moving forward.

This company is very professional & they are very thorough when serving the furnace & air conditioner. I have always gotten the appointment when I wanted one. I never have to wait long for the appointment either. This is the same company that installed my ac & furnace.

Jay came and installed my garbage disposal. He was fantastic, very quick. He actually showed me a problem with my new counter top that was installed the day before.

October, 2022 I called OnTime, panicked because we had no heat on one of the coldest nights of the year so far. the HVAC company I've always used was incredibly rude to me, and also stated they couldn't come help despite claiming to offer emergency services. The Technitian who came out, Jeff, from OnTime, was friendly, punctual, informative and had everything repaired and in working order in less than an hour! This one visit, has absolutely made me a lifelong customer. Thank you OnTime!!!!! Edit: 12/19/2022 Had to have OnTime back out because our old furnace likes to play dirty, and go out on the coldest nights. Jeff came back out and worked his magic again, got us up and running in about 15 minutes! Thanks OnTime!!!! Merry Christmas! Edit: 06/09/2023 Had OnTime back out due to A/C blower failure, Tech Devin was awesome! He got our new parts installed in about 20 minutes, He was very helpful, and informative about my system, and the processes required to upgrade. Now I have AIR!!! That alone deserves a raise! Can't get through a Kentucky summer with no air. Thanks OnTime, and Devin!!
2am Sunday morning I had to have OMU come out because i had no working water. I called OnTime Service yesterday afternoon (Tues) and they had someone here this morning (Wed). They were able to get here earlier than expected and called beforehand to make sure it was ok to come at that time. The tech was super nice, fixed the problem and was done and gone in 30 minutes or less! We have running water again!!! Thank you Jay@OnTime for being prompt, patient & polite! I will definitely use this company again!

Our air conditioner tried to take the weekend off unbeknownst to me...but those plans were thankfully thwarted! I noticed the house feeling stuffy around 6 pm Friday evening. I knew they were predicting temps to be in the mid 90's for the upcoming weekend and I do not do hot! I have Multiple Sclerosis and the heat of our summers are my kryptonite. We managed to stay somewhat cool overnight but come Saturday around noon, I was done with it! We tried to get the AC going but had no luck. I was not sure who to even call as we are new to Robards and fearing the worst, I got busy calling the local repair shops I found on Google. I called one of the most recommended places, On Time Heating and Air. I got an answering machine and decided to not leave a message but would call back in a few. To my surprise, my phone rang immediately- it was the On Time scheduling rep. She was so very polite and she wasted no time getting my basic info and stated the tech would be at my house in approximately 1 hour. She said he would call when he was nearing the house. Quicker than a 30 minutes or less pizza guy, we had a tech pulling in the drive. He was very friendly, knowledgeable and he was able to fix our problem. He even loved on our sweet Great Dane Gypsy! I was so very thankful for On Time and the service tech for responding so quickly and kindly. My health would have suffered so much if they had not been prepared with replacement parts and a well trained technicians who took so much pride in his work. Again, On Time is the bees knees! 100/10
Our outside unit wasn't working well and the tech was courteous and professional and helpful. He was able to access and fix the issue promptly.
