This company was recommended to me by a contractor that was doing a crawlspace encapsulation for us. That made it easier to make our decision on changing HVAC contractors knowing their peers would recommend them. I would have considered this job done but Jared did a follow up and decided the foam insulation didn't seal in a few areas as well as he wanted. He has already scheduled the return visit and he'll follow up again. That's the first time I've seen someone do a follow up and then follow thru. Most customers would never know the job had a flaw, there would be no follow up to catch it and how many people really get under their house to inspect it? I appreciate the honesty. Jared also worked with us on finding solutions to our unique issues and pricing it with different options. Things that had occurred over the last 30+ years with our former contractor made me wonder why they never caught the issues before. Jared fixed an issue while he was doing the estimates. He didn't have the job yet but was concerned with our safety and wouldn't let it go once he discovered it. The office calls when someone is headed your way. You have a pretty good idea when they'll arrive. Professional crews. Hager & Sons is our new contractor.
Truly excellent service. Came home to a furnace that had quit in the night. I had never used them before. I called and they sent out someone within 2 hours. Very polite and friendly. Fair repair rates. My wife said we need to call them from now on for our heating and cooling.

Excellent services! Discreet and professional. Danny and his team are always there when I need them. My unit had to be replaced. Danny hooked up some window units until he could get a new unit for my apartment. A place that cares for their clients needs. Highly recommended!

We were interested in the ductless mini split system. We called and Jeremiah came to our house to explain the details and the benefits of the system. He gave us a date the system could be installed and the men were here on that day and on time. We are very satisfied and glad we chose Hager & son.

Our first encounter was when our furnace went out on a cold winter night in 2015. We had moved into an old house and got the surprise that the heat and air conditioning both needed replacement. Danny and his crew fixed our immediate problem and then installed new equipment. They are here anytime we have needed them. I would give them another star if there was one. Add HONESTY to the list!
Of course any time the subject is heating and air it's expensive, but they give you up front pricing, will finance the bill, and will show up on a Saturday if you have any issues. The newly installed heating unit quit working a week in, they came out on the Saturday it quit working right after I called. It turned out to be the breaker box. He found a circuit breaker that would work for it and fixed the issue that day. Also referred me to a local trusted electrician and didn't charge me a thing. Professional friendly service and good people to help you resolve your HVAC problems.
We called originally because my husband knew the owner's dad. We were very pleased with the promptness of their response to fix an a/c unit at our rental and then another call for a new unit at a rental. We will definitely continue to use them. Charges are very reasonable.

We had a issue with our new Unit. I called and they put us on the schedule that afternoon to come out and see what was going on. They sent Jeremiah. Awesome young man with a great personality. So thoughtful and concerned about what the problem was. He discovered a place that had not been sealed and he fixed it. He cleaned up behind himself and so thankful they sent Jeremiah out to our home. Within ten minutes we could tell a big difference and guess what it is cooling. Thank you .Kiddo to you all for getting us cool air.
They installed my Furnace and Air Conditioner central forced air unit about 1 year ago. They were wonderful people and very professional. Installed it in one day in pouring rain and had me cool that night.
