I called Steve's when my AC stopped working. Technician Jeff came out on short notice and confirmed the system had died. Freon had leaked out and that type of freon was no longer available. System was about 25 years old so I was expecting it to die soon. Next day Brent came out, again on short notice. We discussed options for replacing my system. No pressure to 'up sell' or make a purchase. Both Jeff and Brent respected my time, answered any questions I had and did not try to pressure me into a sale. Just gave information and allowed me to make my own decisions.
Straightforward and friendly, answered all my questions, did a great job! Can't recommend them enough.
On July 5, 2022 at 8:15 pm I left a message on the after hours service line requesting after hours service. The recorded voice said "Your call will be returned promptly." It is now 9:32 pm and the call has not been returned. I have left 2 other calls requesting service on the same line. No response.
Steve’s heating and cooling has been amazing! They installed my system when my house was built and have maintained and serviced my HVAC system. Communication has been amazing and has helped to go a long way to understanding the problems I have encountered so far. Additionally everything has been resolved in a quick and professional manner.
Always professional, knowledgeable and I learn something new every time they are here! I would recommend them over anyone else.

The technicians at Steve’s H&C are always on time, friendly, and very knowledgeable. I can always count on them to PM or fix my unit quickly and efficiently. Sherry in the front office is friendly and helpful as well. They installed my AC/Heater when I built my house in 1994 and I’m still a customer to this day. Wouldn’t use anyone else.
Highly recommend Steves Heating & A/C. I have had numerous heating companies over the last 5 years including two recommend directly by the manufacture , as I believe this High Efficient System has never cycled correctly since it was installed I called Steves Heating for service when it would not run at all. From the young lady that answered phone to Matt who came out to look at it everything was very professional. When Matt left I told my wife I believe he really fixed it this time. I truly believe the difference was that Matt asked and then actually listen to me. He quickly found a loose wire nut, and had it working. He then explained to me that while it was working now , he did not do anything that would correct my concerns over how the system was working. He want to continue checking a few things. After about 10 minutes he found a wire the was crossed. He corrected that, and he ran it thru different scenarios. The difference was he listened. He could have left after fixing the loose connection, leaving me again with a High Efficient System that was not working efficiently. Matt, thank you for listening. Thanks, Don & Grace Frisch

The techs are on time and are professional in appearance. They do a good job and I don't feel like I'm being swindled. You know the feeling. I had a bearing go out on my furnace one year and was emitting carbon monoxide and they came early the next morning to fix it.
Mr Jeff, and Mr Brent, are two of the most professional men I've ever met, they're honesty and their integrity speaks volumes, I will never call anybody else for heating and cooling except for Steve's, thank God for this company!

Matt was very professional. He was very thorough in what he did.
The technician was right on time, Immediately got to work checking out the heating and cooling system. He discovered the coolant was a little low. He cleaned the filter and added a little coolant. The cooling system has been working very well through out our hot and humid summer. When the technician was finished, you couldn’t tell that he had been here. There was no mess to clean up. We were very pleased with the service we received!
