My existing range was damaged by another company during installation of an over the range microwave replacement. Niceley's repaired the damage to my range caused by the other company and made sure all functions were back in working condition. Niceley's is a reputable and professional company with highly skilled technicians. I will definitely use Niceley's again in the future.

Niceley's came out to our home for a maintenance check on our A/C. Ken was on time, friendly, and thorough. He was here in the past to do a routine maintenance check and we were pleased with his work both times. He answered all of my questions and even took time out to talk with my husband on the phone to answer his questions as well.
Ken was prompt, knowledgeable and professional. I was worried that I’d have to go all weekend without AC but thanks to Niceley and Ken, my AC with fixed (at a reasonable cost) with a couple hours of my call. I will certainly use them again for my routine maintenance.

AJ communicated clearly, was efficient in his work and completed the annual HVAC check/maintenance service in a professional manner.
They scheduled my repair 3 weeks out only to call me the day before to cancel because they have no LG Technician to repair my refrigerator. Now my fridge is broke for almost a month when they could have told me this earlier and sooner so I could have found someone else. They left me hanging. This is bad business.
We are using Niceley’s annual maintenance agreement for annual check-ups prior to the season start-up for each of our heating and air conditioning systems. Today was our fourth opportunity to experience dealing with their service since moving to the area in 2020. Our tech today also had a trainee with him who also exhibited the same professionalism we expect and appreciate from Niceley’s. They arrived on time (with an advance text stating they were on their way); and, proceeded with their inspection and tune-up of our A/C system. We discussed our previous visit(s) recommendations to monitor our system (somewhat noisy fan) as well as to spot run the A/C through the winter months to keep the system lubricated and operational. Following their recommendations (last year) seemed to have reduced the noise somewhat (from previous levels) in the system. We will continue to monitor as the system is otherwise working well; and, has already given an additional season without major system repair. We anticipate another season or even more based on this spring’s start-up. We opted to sign up for another year of their service program - fall 2023 and spring 2024 based on their performance to date. We feel comfortable with what we are being told about our system; and, know the potential down the road by our own choice.
The service people are very professional and take the time to explain what repairs need to be made and why
Just looking for a replacement igniter element. They didn’t have it on the shelf but had one of the service trucks swing by and drop the part off. I had to get a part from Home Depot also, so the was in the store before I made my return to the work site. Thanks for knowing how to get what I needed in a timely manner.
I have bought heating elements for my oven in the past for my two ovens actually and needed to call again because one went out and actually it was not what was wrong with it and Bill was so nice and giving me advice on what to do and taking back the part that I did not open at the time. He was very professional very nice and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend your company to my friends and family.
This was the 3rd time that I used Niceley'. I have only purchased parts from them. They have always been helpful and had what I needed. This is my go to store for all my appliance needs.

After purchasing a HP switch from a deferent vendor who sold me a universal switch I had to splice wire and terminals to make it work and it ended up being defective I called niceley’s who were extremely helpful and were able to find me the exact HP switch that I need it and had it waiting for me to pick up. I had an opportunity to talk to Ivana who was absolutely wonderful and was very happy helping me with more information . I will definitely try them first from now on. They saved our weekend!!! I called to ask if they had a part in stock for my dryer. They had the part in the shop and it was $60 cheaper than anything I could find online! Definitely will use then again for any appliance repair needs
