Very professional. Very honest. Never once felt uncomfortable. I highly recommend this company. Having an HVAC go out is a crisis for some. James went above and beyond understanding this. My entire unit needs replaced and I'm not feeling so bad it now.

James was exceptional. If there were more than a happy face or 5 stars, I'd give it. Not only is/was he an absolute professional, he very clearly communicated from start to finish. He explained to me, as a 1st time home owner, exactly the info I need to maintain the performance of my heat pump system. Even more importantly he is a caring individual who made me feel comfortable rather than embarrassed...
Esteban was on time, professional, and friendly. I appreciate that he was able to come out the same day, within a couple hours of my request, and he completed the job. I always know I can rely on Arlinghaus for quick, quality service.
Brandon was very thorough, knowledgeable, professional and kind. I felt I got all of the information necessary to make a good decision on how to proceed with taking care of my AC unit.
I called for a plumbing issue and a tech was at my door 3 hours later. I was given a thorough explanation of what the issue was and the two options I had, along with the cost. The work was completed the same day. I am have had Arlinghaus fix several things between plumbing and HVAC and have always been satisfied.
Very customer oriented. My tech was friendly, helpful and efficient. Would recommend arlinghaus to anyone. My A/C went out on a very hot summer day on a Saturday. I called in that evening and we as able to get a tech out here the next day.
I had a new air conditioning unit placed 2 years ago and I've had nothing but issues. After a year all of a sudden the unit would stop working. I would click the on/off switch it would work for a week and then stop again. They came to fix it and the repairman mentioned whoever installed it...an Arlinghouse employee btw... missed a few steps. They claim they fixed it. Now all of a sudden in the middle of summer again it's doing the same thing. I left a message for the service manager to call me and never got a response. I will try again during normal business hours because I do not want to have to pay the absorbent weekend rate.
David was very professional and friendly as soon as he walked in the door. He checked the thermostat and went downstairs to check the unit. He called me downstairs to explain what was wrong with it. He was very informative and explained it so I could understand. He then went outside and cleaned the unit of grass and debris. David did an excellent job! I wish all repair people were like him. Thank you David!!
Darion did an amazing job! He was very professional and personable! I highly recommend Darion and the entire team at Arlinghaus for all your plumbing, heating and Air Conditioning needs!

James did a good job for us. He was very friendly and showed an interest in a family. The AC check up was performed well and he shared the Happy House plan with us. We had wanted something like this plan to keep our HVAC unit running well.
Joshua Peace was an awesome technician! VERY thorough, communicative throughout the entire process, and really spent time educating me on my systems and their functions. Love Arlinghaus and will continue to use them anytime we run into issues!

Jackson did an amazing job installing my brand new HVAC system. There was something wrong with one of the parts and he was not able to finish the job as far as getting the heat hooked up so they are sending someone back out to complete that. However, Jackson did amazing job on dealing with that process and getting my air hooked up for me due to it being summer until they could get the remainder of the job completed. I was very impressed with Jackson’s professional attitude and demeanor.
Joshua was absolutely awesome. Very polite and knowledgeable. He had no issues listening to an old lady ramble and even made friends with my rescue dog who is very fearful of any male figure! I love this company and have nothing but praise for all the ones I have met so far.
