Jeff installed a new A/C condenser. Install went well but something wasn't wired correctly so we don't have heat. Trying 2 weeks to get him back to fix. Will update review if they finish the job. UPDATE: It's been a month and the phone is disconnected. I think OnTemp is out of business
Our A/C went out and I couldn't get an appointment for days with any of the bigger name brands, but then I found OnTemp who had all these 5 star ratings on Google and gave them a call. Jeff got out to see me the same day. He diagnosed the problem and explained to me what he found and what it meant. I needed a new unit (which didn't surprise me), and he was able to get it installed for me the next day. He walked me through the entire bill so I knew exactly what I was paying for, and I found his rates to be very reasonable. His service is what you would hope for, and his demeanor is pleasant and respectful. You won't regret calling OnTemp.
First time calling OnTemp to come look at a clogged condensate pump, Jeff came out 45 minutes after the phone call on a Saturday. He fixed the clogged pump in under an hour. He was professional and the service fee affordable (especially for it being the weekend). I will definitely use OnTemp for other hvac services I may need.
I would absolutely recommend OnTemp Heating and Cooling and already have! They did great job replacing my old AC Unit and I completely trusted them. They were referred to me by someone I trusted and they did not disappoint! Thanks guys! I wanted to add that I’ve now used OnTemp for a second time and the service was even better than the first. Please consider them when looking to hire someone for your heating and cooling repairs. Jeff came out on one of the hottest days kicking off the summer on a holiday and didn’t charge me for coming out on the holiday!

Jeff took our job seriously and personally. He and Shane worked in the nasty heat for two days, running into numerous unexpected problems. They were nice and personable and explained everything to us. We are confident that our system is done right instead of being patched together cheaply. Oh, and the price was more affordable than we could have imagined. Thanks guys!
I contacted Jeff the owner at three in the afternoon and by 5 PM he was at my house the part that he needed he did not have a truck but he was more than happy at 7 o’clock at night to drive all the way back to Burlington and then drive all the way back to Verona Jeff worked on my unit until 1230 at night… He was knowledgeable he was pleasant… She truly did not mind working late to make sure that my air-conditioner was back up and running that night… His prices were competitive and I would and will recommend him to anyone ! Great company and a class act ! Thanks again Jeff for going above and beyond!
If you need a great HVAC guy, Jeff is the one. He worked all day on a Saturday, and half of a day on Sunday, to get our new AC unit installed and running. The job required a lot of customized work causing it to run into a second day. Instead of leaving us in a hot house all weekend and finishing on Monday, Jeff came back on a Sunday with NO OVERTIME FEES! I can't say enough how awesome he is. Thank you, Jeff, for a professional job at a GREAT value!!! Honest, professional, reliable and excellent attention to details.
We are very happy that we called Jeff to come look at our AC. He was very prompt and professional. He communicated with us to ensure we understood our options for repairs. His rates are more than fair. I would recommend him to anyone.
I asked Jeff to come in and evaluate my heat exchanger in my furnace for a second opinion. Jeff stopped in the next day which was a Saturday. He recommended a new furnace and was able to fit me in to his busy schedule within a few days. His team did an outstanding job and were very professional. I must say 1st that the service was excellent that Jeff Alden provided. I have been through 2 other service calls in order to complete my Furnace issue. A. Ridiculous price B.left and never returned. I'm a Big believer in God and I feel thats who sent Jeff, sorry if my beliefs offends anyone. He did an excellent job, on time, fair price and stayed in communication with me. Wow
He came on time...wore shoe covers in my house...and answered all my questions and fixed my heating problem

OnTemp Heating & Cooling is truly a reputable company and certainly number one for Installation and service in my book. Jeff Alden, the Expert Technician was extremely helpful and professional. He Completed the installation of AC Furnace and Coil during the snow storm and started the heat at our house in Mason Ohio. I would recommend them for both installation of a new system as well as repairs on your existing AC.
Jeff was awesome! Had me up and running with AC in no time. He was very professional and courteous. He took time to explain what he was doing and show me what was going on. On top of all that it was definitely done for a fair price. Two thumbs up from me. I’ll definitly be reaching out to Jeff at OnTemp if I ever need any Hvac work done again.
