Don Jones personally helped us pick out a mini split heating and air conditioner perfectly suited for our new sunroom. We had considered other options, but choosing A and B Heating & Air turned out to be our best choice. The unit was installed as planned and on schedule with minimal disruption to our daily lives. The installation crew was friendly and courteous and extremely knowledgeable about their products. Answered every question we had and walked us through programming the remote. Once installed, the new mini-split was more than capable of handling the heating requirements for a room that is predominantly glass. And it runs whisper quiet. Also, the young ladies who manage phone calls in the front office were an absolute joy to deal with. Making our experience that much more enjoyable. We are extremely satisfied with our purchase and the professional manner in which we were treated by A and B Heating & Air Conditioning. Thank you Mr. Jones and your entire staff. All around great experience with A&B. The owner, office staff and installers were fantastic! We had a new system installed so spent 2 days with installers. Marcel and Brandon were very professional, on time every day for the job and answered any questions we had along the way. They walked us through the system before they left to make sure we were 100% satisfied with the install. They made sure we knew how to work the thermostat and got it all connected to our phones for remote access. The office staff was very pleasant and answered all our questions about financing and scheduling. The owner was very attentive and stopped by to make sure everything was going ok and to see if we had any questions. Would absolutely recommend them to anyone.
Quoted me 14k for a new furnace when defrost board and sensor were bad. $864 for a part we found on our own for $90. Thats without labor. Didn't feel like fixing my furnace and wanted my $85. Probably wanted commission on new furnace. Husband fixed it in 25 minutes and got the part within 2 days.

Young man Logan was most professional unbelievable this gentleman was so on top of his game couldn't believe he was only 22 years old he's a a gentleman a scholar and this element needs to be rewarded for his excellence very good we'll use him and recommend his service to everyone I know
Updated: We purchased their yearly plan which is a deal. Logan is our assigned maintenance team member and we couldn't be happier. He always explains what he's doing and why and gives us helpful tips. This is the first time we have used A & B. Logan was very courteous and polite. He explained everything he was doing and why, which was very helpful. We will definitely have him back and will recommend A & B should anyone ask.
My heater recently stopped working. Called A&B. Turns out it was the thermostat. No biggie. They charged me $561 for a $60 thermostat!!! I understand and agree with a markup but damn! When we called to see if we could get it taken care of or get the unit removed, THE OWNER stated he’d remove the unit for $300. STAY AWAY FROM THESE CON-ARTISTS!!! There are cheaper, more honorable, and more professional HVAC companies in the area.
Marcel and Branden installed a new steam humidifier and replacement air conditioner unit in our home this past week, expertly and with professionalism. Install was done neatly, cleanup was complete. I was given a thorough demonstration and explanation of the new equipment before they left. Every interaction I’ve had with A&B Heating & Air Conditioning has been remarkable not just because of their expertise but because of their responsiveness and politeness. A&B did an absolutely wonderful job replacing my old AC and furnace. Marcel and Brandon could not have been more professional with their workmanship and walking me through everything they did. It is night and day comparing the old system to the newly installed system. Highly recommend A&B and Marcel and Brandon for your heating and cooling needs.
Marcel and Brandon came out to install my brand new unit after a lightening strike and were fantastic, hardworking (even in a downpour), helpful and took the time to show me everything they’d done. Been with A&B for over a decade and will be a customer for many more years!
Logan was my repairman. He was very polite and knew what he was doing. He explained what was wrong in terms that I could understand.

Time for our Summer HVAC service and a wonderful very YOUNG Man arrived. Logan could have not been any more Professional in completing our service leaving everything clean and cared for. He has a very bright future ahead of him!
A&B won the bid for a rather large project at my house…. Removal of 3 old AC units with the associated air handlers and installation of 3 new versions. The technicians Marcel and Brandon worked tirelessly for 5 days to complete the project right before a forecasted heat wave arrives. I’m a completely satisfied customer.
The techs were top notch! The job was done professionally and timely. The techs were very nice but professional. They also cleaned up everything both inside and out when they were done. We have been with the company for many years and don’t intend to change.
