I've used Modern Air at two different homes now and Steve has always been on time and makes the repairs/maintenance in a quality manor. Pricing is fair and they keep a good inventory of parts on-hand so most things as complete in a single visit. Highly recommend.
Always great service. I called for a leaking AC and Steve arrived ASAP. Installed a new unit and even put in another duct to help cool our upstairs better. Appreciated his going the extra mile.

These guys were able to fix my improperly installed HVAC system and it is now working well. They are professional and everything went smoothly. 2022 Edit: HVAC was freezing up and they were able to come out within hours, cleaned it up and refilled my freon. Fast and friendly, will keep returning!

Steve and his team are great. They will be at your home when they say they will and they won't leave until everything is running as it is designed. I won't let anyone else do any maintenance on my HVAC system.

Modern air is a exceptional company, The owner Steve king expects nothing but quality craftsmanship out of all employees. The company always puts customers first,with prompt service. The equipment is top of the line that has cut my utilitie bills this past winter by at least 40-50%. And the office manger, Fawn king is a delight to schedule with! If anyone wants quality craftsmanship,Modern air is definitely the way to go!
