Bought one 4 years ago and now it’s not working. Called them up and they don’t service the area I live in anymore. Now I’m trying to find a place that will come out and look at it. You think since they installed it they would look at it seeing as how it’s still has warranty. Gallipolis Ohio is where I live. No one will come and work on it.

We have been using Polar Bear for several years now after a very bad experience with another HVAC company. Polar Bear has done a great job for us over the years. We have purchased a full HVAC system from them for rental property, a replacement A/C system for our upstairs furnace and also used them for maintenance work. They have always been great to work with. The tech today, David, quickly found our A/C problem we were having with the last old style freon unit we have left. I was expecting the worst, since it's 25+ years old... and probably would have believed him if he had said the compressor was bad and the HVAC system needed replaced. Instead, he found a capacitor that was bad and had us up and running in a few minutes. That kind of honesty is hard to find... and David impressed me with his friendly attitude and made us feel like he was there to help, not just to make a quick sale. Service like that is why we are loyal customers of Polar Bear!
Michael was very respectful and awesome. He cleaned and put my AC back together. Diagnosed what I needed in a fast manner. Great company and also felt comfortable with him in my home.

I had an AC that quit working the week before my daughters wedding. I called Polar Bear and they made a temporary repair to get me thru the weekend and came back later the next week to make a permanent repair with the new part. Thanks to Dave and Mike!

The best. Staff is super friendly and the service is top notch. We use Polar Bear for our yearly maintenance on the heating and air system they installed. We have only had to use the after hours Emergency service a time or two. The tech was out in about an hour after calling. Only company I would highly recommend!
