I needed my garage rewired and reached out to several contractors to do the job. Extreme was the only contractor to respond and did so promptly. I had an estimate quickly and the work was started within a couple weeks. The guys arrived on time and did an excellent job at a fair price. Complete professionals. I’ll definitely go to them again.
The service was scheduled to arrive within 24 hours; technician arrived punctually and found a major problem in the performance of unit. We were so impressed that we purchased the maintenance program for HEPA filter replacement twice annually and discounts on other service calls.
Extreme Heat and Air provided high quality at a cost value that was reasonably priced with fantastic customer service I will use them for all my future needs

I called Extreme Heat and Air on a Monday complaining my central airconditioner was not working. They were in my driveway at 9:00 on Tuesday morning. Unfortunately my compressor was completely shot! I had to purchase a whole new central heat/air unit. Extreme Heat and Air beat every price from all the other dealers I researched. All though it took 5 days for my new unit to come in, they loaned me 2 window units to use while I was waiting on my new unit. They installed my new heat/air unit in 3 hours!!!!! I was very impressed with the professional service these gentlemen provided. I would recommend this company and score them 10/10!!!!
Had new hvac system installed. A year later they changed their name charged me to come diagnose the furnace not working said it was a gas issue had gas company come it was furnace get another tech to come out priced a new exhaust said it was installed wrong back and forth with the company finally fixed it huge waste of time and money find somewhere else
They did an excellent job in replacing my AC. Courteous and professional throughout the entire process.
A/C went out called and within 30 minutes they showed up at the house and had it fixed and running. Very professional honest and very detailed. They have earned my trust and will be our heating and cooling company from this moment forward. They are very family oriented and get recommended them enough A+A+A+A+

This company was able to get me scheduled the day after I called and fixed my a/c in less than an hour, Nothing but good things to say about them.
We had built on an addition to the home and when we needed to add ducts and vents it was so easy to have it done. I called one day, they came out the next and started the 3rd day. That is what you call service and the techs were excellent. Great guys and extremely knowledgeable. Highly recommend them.
Order new heating on Monday was in and hooked the next after noon. Very professional workers. They are going do more work for me next week. Best in the tri state.
Stellar service. Came and fixed air-conditioner within less than an hour after calling for service. Even though it was a stormy and rainy day. Technician was very knowledgeable, and courteous. Highly recommend.
I've used this company twice to replace my outside unit (7 years) and the inside handler last winter. They charged a decent price then and were fine, but the outside unit's compressor failed just outside the 5 year warranty. I should have registered the warranty myself but I didn't know any better, if they had done it I would have had a 10 year warranty and been out no money. I take all the fault in this it's my bad, the big problem is they wanted over 5100 dollars to replace the outside unit which is almost three times the amount we paid to them in the first place. They couldn't explain the price difference so we had a second company come and they charged 2200 for the same service. Ar-Tron was that company and they also registered our warranty so we have a 10 year one now.
I recently had an air conditioning issue, and I called Air Extreme. They came out in short order and resolved my issue in no time. They also have a great service club membership program and club member coupons. I signed up right away for a low monthly payment and by doing so, it cut my cost to resolve my issue in half. I strongly recommend Air Extreme for any heating and air needs.
Had a problem with water in floor when a/c is on. They showed up on time even early. When diagnosing my issue they explained that condensation was gathering in a low spot in my plumbing and that the plumbing was performed using the wrong material. When I asked if he was referring to condensation from a/c or furnace he said this problem would occur when furnace was on. I reminded them the furnace was not the issue and that , being May, the a/c was being used and was leaving water in my floor. They discovered threads in A coil (?) pan drain line was loose and water was leaking down inside of unit and to the floor. They cut about 2 feet of new pvc for new drain. $232. Wow. $75 service charge and $157 worth of pvc . They did tempt me with a service agreement offer for about $360 a year for a couple of service calls a year with first $500 in repairs free. Unit is nearly 30 yrs old so after a coin flip ...tails....I think i will pass.. Very polite guys tho.
Called to get an estimate on replacing our system. They said it would the next day at 4p. Never showed. Never called back. Won't be using them for anything.
As usual when your prior air conditioning system quits working you begin to look for a company that can come and install a new unit at an affordable price. Since I was having to replace the old unit I thought it would be a great time to go ahead and get the back of our house and upstairs loft vented so that they would be enjoyable rooms to spend my time verses sitting there in the sweltering heat and misery. My wife and I had several companies come out and look at what needed done but found we were initially happiest with Air Extreme Heating and Cooling. They weren't the cheapest but they weren't the most expensive either, however, they did seem to be the most professional. We had high hopes after the initial visit and here comes the BUT it went all down hill from there. We were guaranteed that upgrading from the smaller unit we had to a 5 ton unit would more than take care of the back of the house and upstairs without having to zone (essentially putting a second thermostat in the upstairs to control the temperature). So not being an expert in the HVAC field I bought it hook, line, and sinker. After shelling out a hefty amount of money to have this job done my wife and I are not satisfied with the job in the slightest. To start, the install team was deplorable. We were told that the job was going to take two days so my wife scheduled her work to have Thursday and Friday off in order to accommodate what we thought were going to be wonderful people coming to work inside our home. The job went from 2 days, through the weekend (because they don't work on the weekends), to Monday and Tuesday the following week. Which, was a major inconvenience to my wife since she had already missed Thursday and Friday from work. They finally finished the job (and scratching our hardwood floors to high heavens) so we proceeded to carry on with our lives. The following week we already had a planned vacation and upon return we turned on our new unit thinking it would run great. Boy was I
Air extreme was contracted to place a new heating system in an apartment. To say we aren’t happy is an understatement. They plumbed up the gas line and it was a plumbing nightmare. The plumbing stuck 18 inches from the unit, in midair. This was the copper tubing. This was a disaster waiting to happen, something could have gotten snagged on this and pulled it apart. The same for the black steel they placed, Instead of taking it against the wall nice and tight it was 18” away from unit as well. This plumbing was in a garage, a small garage. These were common sense issues and we’re sure if they were to place this same unit in their house they would not be pleased either. They have to be supervised every step of the way or it is shoddy at best, with a great lack of attention to detail. I would not recommend them. We have a Wifi thermostat that they didn’t even take the time to help us set up. It is useless to us. We are very discouraged by this workmanship.
